I was always curious about what my mom was reading and wondered why she had so many books by the same author,

Deepak Chopra.

One day I picked up one of her Deepak books and never gave it back.

Sorry mom.

The spontaneous fulfillment of desire.

I learned about the power of intention.

I made lists of endless non-coincidences in my life which further piqued my curiosity about the laws of the universe.

My mom became a Chopra Center certified yoga instructor many years ago.

And since I'm pretty much her twin,

Naturally I wanted to follow in her footsteps.

But I knew my path would be slightly different.

As an introvert,

I often came home from work or a social event and was seeking inner peace and inner quiet.

I would light a candle and practice yoga.

I valued my alone time.

I was curious about meditation and I started by using several apps but I still couldn't figure out if I was meditating the right way.

I was having tons and tons of thoughts.

And I even thought,

This can't be right.

Is this considered meditation?

My first instinct was to turn to the Chopra Center for guidance.

I read about primordial sound meditation and I loved the idea of meditating with my own personal mantra.

A mantra based on my birth information.

As an intuitive introvert,

I quickly discovered that I had to do more than just bring meditation into my own life.

As I learned how to meditate easily and effortlessly,

I realized it was my calling,

My purpose,

My dharma to teach others how to effectively meditate.

And here's why.

After I started meditating with my primordial sound mantra,

I noticed a lot of positive changes in my life.

I had a heightened sense of intuition.

I felt less stressed.

I was calmer and less reactive.

I felt my mental chatter start to slow down,

Which made me feel lighter and I was able to relax every day.

I even started to notice small miracles and synchronicities regularly.

Those are just some of the wonderful gifts I've received from practicing primordial sound meditation.

I'd like to give you the tools to find your inner quiet and in doing so,

You will discover your higher self,

Connect to your inner guru and tap into your inner intelligence.
