Every emotion,
Thought,
Or feeling has a corresponding sensation in the body.
Deepak Chopra refers to the mind-body as one connected system.
It's easy to feel heavy in your mind-body when you are holding on to so many things.
So let's clear the clutter.
Take a moment to get cozy.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Simply observing the inflow and outflow without trying to control it in any way.
Take a few long,
Deep breaths.
Allowing your body to settle into wherever you are sitting.
Wherever you are is perfect.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to become more relaxed,
More comfortable,
And more at peace.
As you inhale,
Be aware of how your body feels.
Relax your jaw.
Where do you feel tense or tight?
Just observe it and breathe into any tension or tightness.
Check in with your mind,
Your thoughts,
And your emotions.
Remember,
Your thoughts and emotions are not who you are.
You are just the silent witness.
So just notice them and let them move on by like clouds floating away in the sky.
In this quiet space,
Ask yourself,
What can I let go of?
What am I holding onto that no longer serves me?
Maybe it's physical objects in your environment,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Or emotions,
Or even opinions of others.
What can I let go of?
Clear the clutter.
Imagine closing all those open browsers.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Let go of everything that doesn't serve you any longer.
Now begin silently repeating the mantra moksha,
Which is the Sanskrit sound or vibration for freedom.
Moksha Letting go gives you freedom.
There's no need to focus or concentrate.
Whenever your attention drifts to thoughts in your mind,
Because it will,
Sounds in your environment,
Or sensations in your body,
Gently,
Effortlessly return to your mantra,
Silently repeating moksha.
I'll watch the time and will tell you when it's time to stop repeating the mantra.
Enjoy!
You you you you you you Please keep your eyes closed.
Stop repeating the mantra and just rest.
Rest in existence.
Rest in awareness.
Rest in being.
Just be.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Move or stretch your body as you ease back into activity.
Bring your hands together in your heart center.
Take a bow of gratitude to your higher self,
Your soul for taking the time to be here today.
This is Michelle R.
Kallian wishing you a peaceful mind and a happy and healthy life.
Have a wonderful day.
