Hi everyone,

Welcome to this guided affirmation meditation for comfort.

Affirmations are a really great way of doing some self study.

Sometimes we might find that the affirmation feels really comfortable and easy for us and that's great,

We can just reaffirm it to ourself.

Sometimes there's a bit more resistance,

The affirmation can feel uncomfortable maybe.

So simply notice that,

Notice what comes up for you with certain affirmations.

All you need to do for this meditation is find a comfortable spot,

Either seated with a nice long spine or maybe lying in shavasana if seated is not comfortable for you.

I'm going to run through some affirmations,

Just simply listen to them and repeat them in your head to yourself and notice what comes up for you.

At the end of the affirmations there'll be a little bit of silence,

A little bit of quiet time for you.

Simply focusing on your breath and I'll let you know when it's time to come back.

Just breathing in and out through your nose.

I am grounded,

Centred and present.

My breath is slow and relaxed.

I am letting go of all my worries and fears.

Calmness washes over me with every deep breath I take.

I have the power to overcome anything that comes my way.

Everything is well in this moment and I am safe.

I have all I need and am supported.

I am grounded,

Closing the meditation with a deep breath in through the nose,
