Welcome to this deep breathing relaxation meditation.
Please,
Find a comfortable place and close your eyes.
Become conscious of your stress factors and the feelings that they cause.
Focus on the stress that you have today.
And how this stress affects your emotions.
Simply the least stress factors to flow through your mind allow for the stress to come and allow for it to go.
I will guide you through some breathing techniques that will help you let go of this stress.
Picture your stress in front of you,
However it appears.
Breathing very deeply,
Filling your lungs as much as you can.
And when you breathe out,
Imagine that you can blow away that stress.
See it drift away from you.
Breathing in again,
Notice how your body expands with the air and breathe out.
Blow that stress away.
Feel your body relaxing.
Allow for any other stresses to come up in your mind.
Breathe into them,
Filling your body with fresh oxygen.
And when you breathe out,
Blow the stress away.
Notice how the breath relaxes you.
Now,
Let's count three breaths together.
Make sure they are deep and slow.
One.
Breathing clarity and positivity.
Holding the breath for five seconds.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
And breathe out.
Letting go of all your worries.
Two.
Breathing deeply,
Feel the freshness of the air coming in.
Hold the breath for five seconds.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
And breathe out.
Relaxing more and more.
Three.
Breathing slowly and deeply.
Hold for five.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Breathe out.
Feeling your body slowly down and your mind become clear.
Now,
Begin imagining something that you want to accomplish.
It can be anything.
A short-term goal or a long-term goal.
Visualize yourself as if you have already attained this goal.
Notice how you feel when you have accomplished your goal.
Notice what do you see in your surroundings.
What kind of people are around.
What do you pick up on any fragrance in this visualization.
Do you notice what you are wearing?
Perhaps what you look like when you attain your goal.
And lastly,
How does it feel to be on the other side of success?
Be in this moment,
Fully immerse yourself in it.
Breathe deeply again into this wonderful feelings accompanied by the detail of visual.
And when you breathe out,
Notice the sound of the air exiting your lungs.
You now have tools to let go of stress by following the breath.
Open your eyes whenever you are ready,
Feeling refreshed.
