This Root Chakra Binaural Beats session is the first installment of a seven-part series. This series is aimed to help balance each chakra or energy center in the body. The embedded frequencies in this track are tuned to the Root Chakra and will help address anxious thoughts, fear, and old unhealthy patterns or trauma, allowing you to feel more grounded, secure, and safe.

Welcome to the Binaural Beats Chakra Series with me time.

This series was designed as an introduction to chakra education.

There are seven chakras or energy centers in the body.

The root,

The sacral,

The solar plexus,

The heart,

The throat,

The third eye,

And the crown.

Each individual chakra has its own unique healing qualities and purposes.

Me time will be guiding you through the seven chakras one at a time.

The music accompanying these brief explanations is embedded with the specific frequencies at which each chakra vibrates.

Listen with headphones to maximize benefits and make sure you find a comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.

So in today's session you will be listening to music that is tuned to the frequency of the root chakra.

Our foundational keystone energy center.

Embedded frequencies will help you address anxious thoughts and old unhealthy patterns or trauma,

Allowing you to feel more grounded and secure.

The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and represents our sense of safety and stability.

The color associated with the root chakra is red,

So as you listen to the music you can visualize a beam of red light at the base of your spine and breathe deeply.

We are going to begin today's session by taking three deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth.

Begin with me now inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Two more times inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

One more inhale and exhale let it all go.

You can return to normal breathing through the nose and continue breathing deeply as you listen to the music for as long as you like.
