Welcome to the Binaural Beats Chakra Series with Me Time.
This series was designed as an introduction to chakra education.
There are seven chakras or energy centers in the body.
The root,
The sacral,
The solar plexus,
The heart,
The throat,
The third eye,
And the crown.
Each individual chakra has its own unique healing qualities and purposes.
Me Time will be guiding you through the seven chakras one at a time.
The music accompanying these brief explanations is embedded with the specific frequencies at which each chakra vibrates.

In today's session,
You will be listening to music that is tuned to the frequency of the solar plexus chakra.
Embedded frequencies will help you connect to your own authenticity,
Reclaim your personal power,
And step into a space of self-trust.
The solar plexus is located in the center of the stomach and represents our self-esteem and our self-confidence.
The color associated with the solar plexus is yellow,
So as you listen to the music,
You can visualize a beam of yellow light in the center of the navel.
We are going to begin today's session by taking three deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth.
Begin with me now,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Inhale again through the nose exhale through the mouth.
One more time,
Your deepest inhale and exhale,
Let it all go.
Good.
Now return to normal breathing through the nose and continue to breathe in and out deeply as you listen to the music.
