Welcome to MeTime's morning meditation with binaural beats.

We have embedded beta wave frequencies into this morning's session to help promote alertness and motivation while supporting stress relief and feelings of groundedness.

Take a few moments to get comfortable lying down or in a seated upright position and close your eyes.

Make sure the spine is straight and the shoulders and jaw are relaxed.

Let's welcome the day by placing both hands on the chest and connecting to our heartbeat.

Feel the warmth from your heart radiate into the hands and begin to take three deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth.

Begin with me now inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Two more times inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

One more time inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Return to normal breathing through the nose.

Move the hands to the stomach and notice how your hands feel gently pressed against the center of the navel.

Now take two more deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth.

Begin with me now inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

One more time inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Good return to breathing through the nose.

Now place the hands by your sides or wherever they feel most comfortable and take one final inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Begin with me now inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Let it all go.

Return to normal breathing through the nose.

Today is a new day full of potential for learning and growing.

No matter what today may bring be confident in your ability to overcome challenges,

To find joy in the old and the new,

And to practice the art of presence.

Today is an opportunity to take in and relish new moments.

No matter what you have planned for today be sure to take time to notice and appreciate your surroundings.

Too often do we get distracted or weighed down by thoughts of a busy to-do list or feelings of anxiety or pressure right when we wake up.

Fortunately we have a divine ability to release any weight we're holding on to and to open ourselves up to feelings of elevated lightheartedness.

Let's dust off any emotional residue left over from our sleep or from our dreams.

Breathe deeply in and out through the nose allowing new life and new energy to fill us with each passing breath,

Inhaling fresh oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide toxins and anything else that does not serve us.

Continue to inhale fresh vibrant energy and exhale old stagnant energy.

Continue to take in feelings of strength and vitality with every inhale and release feelings of fatigue or tiredness with every exhale.

Now say to yourself out loud or in your head,

I am ready to take on this day with confidence and with grace.

Then repeat to yourself,

I am ready to take on this day with confidence and with grace.

We're going to take one final deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

One last time with me now inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Let it all go.

Return to normal breathing through the nose and slowly begin to move the body in whatever way feels most nourishing to you.

You can turn the head right to left,

Roll the wrists and the ankles and maybe even take a nice long stretch.

And then when you're ready,

Gently flutter open the eyes and take in your surroundings.

You are now ready to take on the day.

This has been Michelle with me time sending you love and light.

Enjoy the day.
