Feeling disconnected from love? This guided meditation helps you remember that love is not something you have to earn. You will slow down, come back into your body and gently connect with the parts of you that feel unworthy, unlovable or “too much,” offering them warmth, compassion and acceptance. From there, you reconnect with your Adult Chair, the grounded part of you that knows your value is already whole.

Find a comfortable position and settle in.

Allow your eyes to gently close and take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

And another breath.

Feeling yourself completely relaxed,

Imagine sitting in front of you,

Someone that you deeply care for,

And they,

You.

This person can be someone that is deceased or alive,

An animal or human.

Gaze into each other's eyes for a moment and allow yourselves to connect just with your eyes.

Feel the deep connection.

As you experience this connection,

Allow,

Without forcing it,

A smile to form on your lips.

Let it be as big or small as you wish,

Whatever feels natural.

Feel in your body the connection you have with this person.

How does this feel to be in the presence of this person that deeply cares for you and you,

Them?

Tune into your heart space as you connect with your eyes,

With this being in front of you.

Notice what happens in your heart.

Does it feel full and open?

Do you notice any tingling or heat,

Maybe another sensation?

If it feels right,

Bring your hand to your heart.

Now,

Imagine saying to this person in front of you,

I love you.

I wish you peace.

Thank you for loving me.

Say this again nice and slowly.

I love you.

I wish you peace.

Thank you for loving me.

Breathe in this experience.

Feel it in your body,

This beautiful exchange of love.

Now imagine this being in front of you saying to you,

I love you.

I wish you peace.

Thank you for loving me.

Let that land,

These beautiful words,

The energy of this exchange.

Breathe in the energy of these words.

Again,

This beautiful being in front of you says to you,

I love you.

I wish you peace.

Thank you for loving me.

Take a long,

Deep breath.

Notice your heart,

Your body.

How does it feel to hear these words?

One last time,

This person says to you,

As they look deeply in your eyes,

I love you.

I wish you peace.

Thank you for loving me.

Feel this energy of love move through your body.

If it feels right,

Give it a color.

See this energy penetrating each cell of your body,

Piercing it with love.

With each inhale,

More love comes rushing through your body.

Exhale out any doubt,

Any resistance or fear.

Use your breath.

Breathe now.

With your breath,

You can open and receive even more love.

Now,

Say to yourself,

I love you and insert your name.

Again,

I love you.

I love you.

Love is the most powerful energy,

Emotion,

And force in our universe.

It is something we simply have to choose.

We do not have to earn it.

We do not have to search for it.

We don't have to do anything to connect with it.

It is always connected to us.

We simply have to remember that we have come from and still are connected to this magnificent source of love.

Unconditional love.

Unconditional means not conditional or limited.

It is yours waiting for you to claim it.

So when we doubt we are anything but love,

Know that we momentarily have forgotten who we are and disconnected from ourselves.

Anytime during your day,

You can close your eyes and place your hand on your heart and remember that you are love.

Any doubt of that is simply an illusion,

A trickery of the mind,

The ego at work distracting us from what is true.

The more we come here and roam in this beautiful energy of unconditional love,

The more easily we connect to and stay in this place.

You are love.

You are love.

You are love.

Feel it.

Let it in.

Breathe it in.

It's your choice.

And the choice is now.

Really emotional, I saw my friend who died in November as the person I love but also my two friends left behind with me. I realised that we all carry her love with us and that we should take time to send our love to each other. Beautiful & powerful meditation for me, one that I needed, thank you 💖🙏🏻
