Ngl it is pretty intense for me- not something I'd listen to all the time, but after turning the volume down, I appreciated the deep bone massage feeling in my jaw (used headphones) and it did clear my head. I don't think I could work while listening, but a focused energy clearing meditation, it's perfect for that. Thank you.
