A Moment of Stillness is a 20-minute guided relaxation designed to take you into a state of deep physical stillness, deeper than ordinary rest and deeper than most people can reach on their own. It will guide you to move through your body, using simple imagery to guide each area into gentle release. Best listened to lying down, somewhere you won't be disturbed, with headphones if possible. Please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
