Michael is a UK based meditation teacher, massage therapist and Hypnotherapist. Trained and accredited at the British School of Meditation and CPHT. He has years of experience in helping people learn to meditate, deal with stress and anxiety and find their inner confidence. He also is interested in psychosexual support, helping people move past shame or embarrassment around intimacy as well as helping release psychological or physiological blocks. Combining these skills along with a knowledge of neurobiology and psychology he combines all these elements to help people who suffer from things like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or low confidence and poor body image and help people make positive changes to their lifestyle both mentally and physically. Michael is also the Founder and Director of The Brotherhood Men's Groups CIC, a network of peer support men's mental health groups that currently run across North Northamptonshire. Always working holistically, inline with our natural instincts and origins, he works simply and effectively to foster real change and wellness in easy to understand ways and guidance.
