Welcome to the Forgive Yourself Meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to help you forgive yourself and let go of the feelings about something that you did.

It might have been something you did yesterday or many years ago.

When we release and let go of our feelings related to these things and we forgive ourselves,

We can finally be free and start enjoying our lives and moving forward in our lives.

We need to understand first of all that we all make mistakes.

Mistakes are miss takes.

We are actors on this huge stage of the world.

Sometimes we miss take,

We make a miss take and we have to do it again.

We have to learn from what happened.

It happens.

It happens to everyone.

When we are aiming for our success in life,

Sometimes we miss the mark.

We miss the mark and then we have to aim and hit our target again.

So we make mistakes,

Miss take,

We miss the mark.

But the good thing is we can choose to retake again now.

We can choose to set our aim again and hit the target that we want in our lives now.

So just taking a few deep breaths.

Beautiful,

Deep,

Nourishing breaths.

And as you breathe,

Just remind yourself that whatever has happened in the moment when you did something,

Whatever you do,

It seemed like the best idea at the time.

If we go back,

We can say I wish I did it differently.

I should have done it a different way.

But at the time we did the best we could.

You did the best you could with the power that you had,

With the wisdom and knowledge that you had in that moment,

With all the things happening in your life and all the things coming up within yourself,

You did the best you could.

And it could have been a lot worse.

So as you breathe,

Just humbly accepting that this situation,

Whatever it is that you want to forgive yourself for,

Bring it into mind.

See it in front of you.

Feel it.

Play the movie of that situation.

And with compassion,

Just realize that while you missed the mark and made a mistake,

It was the best you could have done at the time in that moment.

And just give yourself that compassion.

If you really could have done something different,

Then you would have done.

But that was the best you could do right then.

And it's okay.

As you see this situation,

See it getting smaller and smaller,

Fading away,

Getting less and less and less,

Lighter and lighter,

Feeling like a burden is shrinking now,

Lighter,

Smaller,

Quieter.

So it becomes even hard to feel,

Hard to see,

Hard to hear.

It's just a fuzzy thing far away.

And are you willing to let go,

Let go of the judgment,

Let go of the feelings,

So you can move forward in your life?

So what are you feeling right now?

Are you willing to allow that feeling,

To feel that feeling,

Whatever's been burdening you because of what happened,

Just feel that feeling.

And welcome it.

You did the best you could at the time.

Are you willing to let it go?

Could you let it go?

And just allow yourself to breathe out and just let it go,

Just let it fade away,

Be pulled away from you.

As you breathe in,

Just filling up with light as if you're being surrounded in peace,

Light.

And as you breathe out,

Just clear out any more of this feeling,

Whatever it is,

Just allow it to fade away and be pulled out of you as you breathe out.

And just let it go,

Just breathing in fresh new energy and letting go of the past.

And just let it go.

And just let it go.

So what are you feeling right now?

Are you willing to experience that feeling?

Seeing a shining star in the sky,

Spiritual sun,

Shining light and peace upon you.

This light wants to pull out all of your pain,

All of your past,

All mistakes,

Mistakes,

And clean them all out,

Pull them away and replace those things with peace.

As you see and feel this light,

Are you willing to let it go?

Are you willing to let it go now?

Just totally let it all go,

Let everything be pulled out,

Pulled away,

As you feel bathed in peace.

Clearly feeling the light,

Seeing the light filling you up and letting go as you breathe out,

Letting it all be pulled out,

Taken away and filling up with pure peace.

Just allowing that light to fill you up and letting it all go.

Just embracing the good feelings that you feel,

The peace.

Notice where you feel most relaxed and at peace right now.

Just allow the peace and calm to get deeper and deeper.

Each in breath,

Breathing in more peace.

As you breathe out,

Just letting it all go,

Feeling that peace spread throughout your whole body and out into the world around you.

And the deepest form of forgiveness is to change,

Change ourselves.

So who do you want to become?

What change do you want to bring about in your life as proof that you have really forgiven yourself and transformed?

What is the new you?

What is the upgraded version of yourself?

Just think of one thing that you can do differently from now on so that you can make the mark,

So that you can make the take and get it right.

The past is past,

The past is finished,

But you can do great things now with your life,

Right now,

Today.

So what do you want to change and improve in your life?

What's going to help you move forward in your life?

Just experience yourself doing that new thing,

Feeling those new feelings or saying those new words,

Whatever it is that you're going to do differently,

Visualize yourself,

Feel yourself,

Hear yourself doing that in the present.

As if you're preparing to act it out,

You're getting ready to do it and you're seeing it very clearly,

Feeling it clearly.

You know exactly what you're going to do differently from now on.

So what do you want to do?

What do you want to do?

What do you want to do?

Embracing that you are a wonderful being.

You're a great soul.

Everyone makes mistakes in their journey.

Storms come and they go.

The waves can be very high,

Very dangerous,

But then they pass away and calm down.

And so whatever you've done in the past,

Let it be the past.

Imagine the whole past shrinks,

Shrinks,

Shrinks down into a tiny point,

Like a star,

Tiny point,

Tiny,

Tiny,

Tiny,

Merging all of the details into the point.

Everything is tiny.

And you are completely free,

Completely free.

Now is a totally new moment.

Today is a totally new day.

Anything is possible for you now.

So many wonderful things can happen in your life.

And you can take this day as if you're completely refreshed,

Cleansed,

Purified and reborn so you can begin a new day,

A new life.

And have that self respect that from now on you're going to choose the right things,

The highest path for you.

Whatever has happened in the past has helped you gain knowledge,

Learned experience,

And now you're in a much better place to do what you need to do with your wonderful life.

So just breathing that in,

Just giving thanks,

That you have another chance.

You have many more chances,

Thousands,

Hundreds of thousands of new chances every moment,

Millions of chances as you go through your life.

And so with all these chances,

These opportunities,

You can choose a new path,

A new way.

Reinvent yourself,

Recreate yourself.

The way you are now is different from who you were at the beginning of this meditation.

Today is a new day,

You're a new person,

A new being.

And you can come back to this whenever you want,

This meditation.

Just clear anything else out that needs to be cleared and come back to the wonder,

The newness,

The blessings,

The fortune of your life.

I want to thank you for being here.

I want you to know that you are a precious divine being,

Part of our spiritual family,

All of us together.

We're all in this together.

And everything's going to be alright.

So you can smile,

You can enjoy.

And really take advantage of each moment.

Newness,

Iโ€™ve been battling things in my health that I never had to before, and listening to others and doctors because I had never been here before, and ignoring my own intuition, I forgive myself. Previous to this meditation my mind was consumed with thoughts that gave me anxiety and would not let me sleep. By the time the meditation was over my mind was much quieter and I fell asleep. So grateful for this meditation. Would definitely recommend.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
