Welcome to the overcoming outrage and returning to peace meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to help you overcome the triggers,

The outrage,

The anger that often arises when going online,

Going on social media,

Looking at the news or just being triggered in daily life.

Often times there are people who want us to get triggered,

They benefit from our anger whether it's politicians,

News companies or other sources who want us to get riled up,

Angry and spend our time and energy fighting for their cause.

Sometimes getting angry and triggered can help create positive change in the world but most of the time these days because of the internet we're getting triggered about things that don't really matter,

That often are not even true and which we can do nothing about.

And so what happens is millions of people are feeling angry,

Negative,

Stressed,

Hopeless about situations that may or may not be true,

Ruining their own life in the present and not being able to make a positive change.

So this meditation is here to help you come back to peace,

Come back to power within yourself and come back to a place where you feel the world is working out as it's meant to be and where you can be a positive influence in the world.

So beginning by taking a few beautiful deep breaths and just really enjoy that breath,

Deep nourishing breaths.

And as you breathe just reminding yourself that your original state,

Your natural state is peace,

That you are a being of peace.

And as you breathe in just imagining that peaceful light shining from up above filling your whole body and mind.

And as you breathe out just let go,

Release.

Just filling up with light and relax,

Relax and let go.

You are a being of peace.

And as you breathe just make a commitment in your heart that feeling good and being positive and being strong is going to make the biggest difference in the world.

And just tune into the difference.

If you're triggered and angry and caught up in spinning out and worried about stuff not even knowing what's going on,

What good is that?

But when we stand back and go to a higher level we realise that we are beings of light,

That humbly we don't understand every single thing any situation,

Especially political things or the news.

There's so many perspectives,

So many background checks,

So many different things needed that we don't know about.

And getting angry and stressed about things we don't really understand with humility we really don't understand all the details.

Getting stressed about all these things is not helping anyone it's just making our own life miserable and we become slaves and addicts to outrage and stress.

So instead we choose to take the enlightened higher path the path of standing in a place of power where you feel safe in yourself where you are a detached observer free of positionality free of cognitive bias free of the ego wanting to attack and coming into a place of true love of true peace.

And as you breathe in that peace just sending out good wishes and pure feelings into the world may you be part of the solution by sending compassion and understanding out into your own body and sending those good feelings,

Positive wishes out into the world.

So just breathing in that spiritual light and peace and sending out good feelings knowing that everyone is our family,

Our spiritual family everyone is doing the best they can right now and we make a positive contribution by sending good feelings,

Good wishes,

Pure vibrations may everyone come back to peace may everyone make the best choice for the highest good may situations be transformed for the greatest good.

And just giving your good wishes and pure feelings into the world,

Into situations and you become a lighthouse a beacon of light and stability in a crazy world that needs help as you breathe in peace seeing yourself as a lighthouse that others come to for peace and calmness.

And as you breathe in this peaceful vibration feeling more and more relaxed.

You see that everything is working out exactly as it's meant to in this moment and you are a positive force of goodness and truth in the world.

And as you begin to feel more stable,

More solid,

More empowered bringing all your power back to yourself with a calm mind and a loving heart you can choose to make a positive contribution to the world.

A contribution that brings people together with love and truth and compassion instead of dividing you bring souls together.

And as you are just breathing in your commitment to remaining in peace to sending good wishes to the world and being a truly positive contribution to the world and to yourself in your own life.

As you see other people getting angry and riled up,

You send them peace.

Step back and take a bigger picture.

Instead of getting triggered and reacting without thinking you come back to that peace have interest in the real truth beyond the ego,

Beyond positionality and negative bias,

Beyond belief systems and you send out vibrations of light and peace so that everyone is in pain and needs love and support.

As you feel that love and support in yourself you become a healing energy for the world.

You are a healing energy,

A healing being,

A healing force in the world.

So just seeing that spiritual light of peace shining into your being and just filling up and shining that peace and healing energy out all around you into the world making your own body feel relaxed and healed and at peace and bringing coolness,

Calmness and true love all around you.

Letting soul see through the illusions and come back to peace,

Calmness and clarity.

So just breathing in that peace,

Good light,

Pure light filling up and shining that peaceful vibration all throughout your body and out into the world.

As you let go of being right and the ego's endless spinning you notice how much better it feels to be calm,

Stable,

Centered and clear.

Just making a commitment in your heart and in your mind to stay clear,

Peaceful,

Stable and to be a source of reason,

Clarity and peace in this world that so desperately needs your help and your peace.

Acting from a calm,

Considered,

Sensible place with power and love and compassion.

You now see through the illusions,

The games,

The tricks,

The click bait and realize that everyone needs help.

You're not fooled anymore.

And you send out your love and good feelings and peace.

And you choose to make a positive difference in the world by helping souls feel better,

Get clearer become back to themselves,

To their truth and to their peace and being a rock,

A stable soul,

Somebody who is reliable,

Solid and others can trust.

And so just continue throughout the day to breathe in that peace going all the way up and shining out that peace,

Compassion,

Good feelings into the world around you.

I want to thank you for being stable,

For being sane,

For being solid,

For seeing through illusions and for being a positive influence in this world that so desperately needs your help.

Thank you,

Thank you and have a beautiful,

Calm,

Loving day.

And understand that your peace and your clarity is truly helping all the people around you at every moment.

I love it! Great reminder to anyone in a state of uneasiness over what's going on in the world. We have to come to a realization that we cannot fix these misshapen areas in the media, we can only fix ourselves.
