Welcome to the Miracle Consciousness series.

We're talking about a key step from the Miracle Book.

And whether you have a Miracle Book journal or not,

This is a key step regardless.

The Miracle Journal is a powerful daily journal to stay in a high space and attract miracles into your life.

Which you can do each day.

The first is Sacred Appreciation,

Which we talked about in the first step last week.

The vibrations of appreciation and how this attracts more beauty,

More love,

More of everything good to us.

The second is having your vision and feeling it is done now.

The third step,

Connecting the vision,

Your vision,

To your daily rituals and success actions.

And the fourth step,

Daily insights to learn from your experience.

Integrate,

Clear the day and sleep in deep peace every night.

In this session,

We'll be exploring steps two and three,

Holding the vision and then connecting that vision to your life in action.

And just want to mention that you don't need a Miracle Journal to do this.

This is something you can do with just any piece of paper.

And this is one of the most important things that we can learn in our lives.

This is absolutely essential because what we're talking about,

We're sharing,

Is how do we take our sacred visions,

Our intentions,

And how do we bring them into our life now so that there's not this huge divide,

This huge canyon in between where we are now and where we want to be in the future.

So there's the inner work and there's the outer work in our experience of manifestation.

So there are two types of people.

You can tune into which type you tend to resonate with more.

One type of person has a tendency to have lots of visions,

Lots of big ideas,

Lots of wonderful,

Wonderful magical intentions,

But they don't do much about it.

So I've personally experienced being like this,

Having all these huge visions.

I remember when I first started all these things back in the day,

I imagined having these multi,

Multiple,

Massive buildings with all these people working for me in all the cities of the world with these different levels,

Spiritual level,

Health level,

Relationship level,

Spiritual level,

Like eight floor buildings.

I had no idea what I was talking about,

But I had these massive visions,

But I wasn't doing anything about it.

So one type is just getting into that vision and then unfortunately not doing anything.

And the other type of people are those who haven't got time to stop and think about what they really want.

And they're always running around,

Always running around.

They're always busy,

Busy,

Busy,

Busy,

Busy.

They're always stressed out.

They're always trying to push,

Push,

Push,

Push,

Push.

So these are the two extremes.

And then there's of course the spectrum.

And what happens is if we're just running around all the time,

Just randomly coming out with lists and trying to knock things out and getting things done,

We might not be doing things that are actually important.

We might just be causing trouble for ourselves potentially.

And on the other hand,

If we are just imagining what we want,

But not doing anything about it,

Then we're also not fully integrated.

Our life is not integrated with our intentions.

So this is about bringing your vision into your life now,

Really deeply connecting these two things.

When I was starting out back in the day and I learned about manifestation and higher consciousness,

I used to just hold the vision.

And I did admittedly attract some magical synchronicities.

I remember just holding the vision and people giving me money,

Giving me cars,

Giving me places to live.

I mean,

I've actually attracted all sorts of things just by holding the vision.

And it's really fun when that happens,

But at the same time,

It can lead to a sense of anxiety and stress because I might be sitting there imagining all these things in my mind,

But on a deeper level,

I'm not really sure how it's going to happen.

And I haven't really got a plan.

I don't really know what's going on.

And many,

Many times I used to be right on the edge where I might not be able to pay my rent or I might not know if something's going to happen or not.

And it led me to feel quite stressed out.

So on one hand,

There was magic and miracles.

On the other hand,

There was stress and anxiety.

So then I decided,

Well,

Let me stop just holding the vision.

Let me take action.

So then I spent many,

Many years being very,

Very hardcore in getting stuff done.

You know,

I wrote a book about it,

Get It Done,

Which is a great book.

How do you actually get things done?

So there's the physical manifestation of doing the work,

Putting in the time,

Taking the action,

Finishing things.

And that's,

That's of course very useful to have,

But it went too far in my case.

It was too much push,

Push,

Push,

Push,

Push.

And now I've realized that we need both.

They're both important and they can both be in balance with each other.

It's a natural,

Holistic,

Integrated experience.

So there's these two sides to things.

One is,

What do you want to create?

What do you want to create?

What's your intention?

And then what are you going to do about it?

Because you have to remember that doing things is also energy.

It's also vibrations.

Some people,

They're so extreme about the law of attraction that I should not do anything at all.

I should just hold the vision and just sit in my house and not do anything.

But words are a vibration.

Actions are a vibration.

Everything is a vibration.

It's not just the thoughts,

Thoughts,

Words,

And actions.

So just tune into it.

Which one do you feel you are at this point?

Which side of the spectrum?

Are you somebody who tends to hold the vision too much and not do anything?

Or are you someone who's running around and seems to have too much happening,

Too much going on,

Doesn't have much time to stop and tune into what's really important?

And by the way,

People who tend to run around,

The only time they stop is when they're sick.

They won't,

Actually won't stop otherwise.

Even if they go on vacation,

They're still working whole time.

So if you're someone who hardly ever stops,

Even if you go on vacation,

You're always doing something and you only stop when you're sick,

Then that's the extreme side.

And if you're someone who hasn't manifested what you want,

But you've got all these visions,

Then that's the other side.

You can tune into where you're at,

At the moment.

So for us to be successful and happy,

We need to bring these two things together in our daily life,

Practical life,

Not later on next year when things are more aligned right now.

And I'll give you an interesting story about this.

There was an artist who had visions of doing art and she said to herself,

You know,

I really would love to be an artist.

I'd love to do my big paintings.

I'd love to do my art,

But I can't,

But I can't,

But I can't because I haven't got a studio.

So her vision was far away in the future and her current life was no art was happening.

Years and years went past and then about four or five years later,

She finally had a situation where she got this studio with nice light coming in through the windows or nice white walls and everything was just perfect.

So she got into her studio and what did she do?

She did miniature drawings.

Miniature drawings.

I'm talking like two inches by two inches,

Tiny little pictures that she could have easily done in her house with pencils.

It wasn't even any paint.

Yeah,

It was just tiny little pictures.

So she put it off four years to do something that she could have done a long time ago.

Some people might think,

Oh,

I wish I could make music.

I wish I could make music,

But I can't because I need a studio.

But realistically so much music is created in people's bedrooms.

I would say most of the music that we come across that is created is created in someone's bedroom nowadays.

Or in their house.

There's so many home studios.

So many people start in their garage or start in their bedroom,

Right?

People say,

I can't start a business because I need to have this building.

Most people don't need a building at all.

They can work from their bedroom,

Literally.

So we're trying to bring it back.

So you've got the vision on the one hand and you've got the action on the other hand.

And when we bring these things together,

Then our life becomes complete and we are living our dharma.

And it's so beautiful.

And it's so true to really open our mind and hearts to creating now,

Taking that action now.

I can think of two businesses in the US.

One GT's Kombucha,

Where he started in his parents' kitchen.

And look,

If you're familiar,

His Kombucha is number one in the country and I think it's moved to Europe as well.

And then another brother who has a health food bar company,

I think he might've grown up around where I grew up.

And I remember reading his story that he started in his parents' basement.

You know,

I mean,

That's just so beautiful,

So profound because it's the determination and the love of the human spirit that really brings things to life.

And to always bring it home to that,

That,

You know,

We can have all these ideas about these conditions,

Those conditions being perfect,

But ultimately we just take action from the heart and eventually,

Definitely beautiful conditions are drawn to us anyway.

I mean,

GT I'm sure has the most glorious kitchen for his production now and this other brother as well.

So those things come to us when we really start from that place within.

Yeah,

Such a wonder.

We started our chocolate company in England from our kitchen,

Literally from the kitchen and it's now a multi-million dollar big chocolate company.

Chocolate bar,

Ombar,

Go and get your ombars if you're in Europe.

What a wonder.

I remember we didn't even have any equipment back in the day.

We did it using just like a big bowl.

That's all we had.

So what we're doing is integrating our physical life with our vision,

Our vision with our life.

So let's just take some examples and then we'll explain how you can use the miracle journal to really bring this home,

Bring it home every day.

So let's say health,

Let's take different topics,

Health.

So let's imagine that your intention was to feel healthier and more energized.

Then in the miracle journal,

So there's two pages in case if you have a journal,

If you don't have a journal you could just do this with any journal you want.

So you just open up a blank spread,

So you have two pages.

On the left side you'd write down your intentions.

So if you wanted to be healthy you might write down,

I am supremely healthy,

I'm divinely healthy,

I have so much joy,

So much health,

So much power,

So much energy.

And you write it down and we've spent many,

Many sessions explaining how to get into the feeling that you are super healthy or super successful.

So you'd write that down,

You'd feel that and we've talked a lot about this.

And by feeling the vibrations you're shifting the energy in your body and you're opening yourself up to new opportunities and you're changing your subconscious programming.

So the first thing is to really tune into the vibration and then once you've done that then on the next page,

Now this is really,

Really important,

On the next page you're connecting your vision with your daily life.

This is so important,

People miss this out,

This is such a critical step.

So the next page is based on your vision of being super healthy,

What are the daily rituals,

Daily practices that will align with your vision to be healthy?

You meditate on this.

So I don't know the answer for you specifically but it might be things like what I write down is I do the five Tibetans,

Which are very good,

Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth,

Great book talks about that.

And there's certain supplements that I take and I like to go on walks and there are various things that I do,

Send blessings to the body.

So there's a ritual you can write down,

What are the things,

The daily practices that will support your health?

So you can build this up every day.

And then what are the specific actions that you can take today to support your health,

Which are different from your rituals?

So your rituals are things you do every single day,

Like exercise,

Certain foods,

Certain supplements,

Certain liquids,

Whatever it is,

Dancing,

Singing,

Playing,

Going on hikes,

Whatever it is.

And then what are the specific actions,

One-off actions?

It might be things like get a health coach or talk to your nutritionist for your weekly appointment or read a book on something to do with health or do some research or some other specific thing.

And then if you know what that stuff is and you do those things,

Then you are literally aligning your vision with the life you want.

So here's the big question.

Would you like to align your life now with your vision?

Would you like that?

Do you want to bring your vision to your life now?

How would that feel?

So this is very,

Very simple,

But this is like a major missing piece.

A lot of people,

They only have the vision or they're only running around and we're bringing these two things together.

So you're aligning the energy of your vision with the energy,

The compatible actions that are aligned with that.

You're aligning the two and really you,

The soul,

You're using both faculties.

You're using your subtle faculties to vision and then you're using your body typically to take action,

To move and do things in the physical world.

So you're bringing the two together,

That even more subtle level with that less subtle level to bring spirit into form.

Yeah,

Such a beautiful thing.

So let's say you wanted to manifest more money,

More financial success.

We're just giving some examples so you can see how this practically works.

So let's say on your vision,

You want to be financially free,

That you might write down something like money works for me.

I have a passive income.

I can give to charities.

I have all the things that I love.

I can serve as many people as I want.

I can travel where I like.

So you write down what you want and you feel that you've attained financial freedom and wealth.

And then after you've done that,

That you've changed your subconscious mind by doing these practices every day,

Then you ask,

What are my daily rituals?

Things like becoming financially literate by maybe reading about finances,

Understanding finances.

A book called Rich Dad Poor Dad is a worthwhile book to understand about money.

Working on high value work that leads to sustainable income.

That might be one of your rituals or you're always working on something.

You might look at your balance sheet,

Assess your assets,

Right?

These could be rituals.

And what are your actions?

What actions could you do?

You could improve your business systems.

If you have a business,

You could increase your assets and consider investments.

You can understand your money story.

What is the money story telling you by looking at what your numbers are saying?

You can connect with like-minded people.

I mean,

There's all sorts of ideas,

Right?

So you write down what are my specific things that I can do today?

You might be,

Might be that you get a financial advisor.

It might be that you learn more about it.

What happens is that when you hold the vision,

You will start to get ideas about what to do.

And it might be you don't know what to do,

But you get an idea about someone who could help you.

So let's say you're holding the vision that I want to be financially free and you realize I've got no idea what I'm talking about,

But I know someone who's very wealthy.

Could I,

Could ask that person to tell me what I need to learn and then they could recommend things to you.

So that's taking your vision and making it practical.

The rich dad,

Poor dad story and books,

Very,

Very useful.

His story was he was only nine years old,

A little boy and him and his friends,

They felt left out.

They were kind of considered the only poor kids,

Relatively speaking,

In their school.

And so they really wanted to learn how to make money,

You know?

And so they ended up asking the friend's dad how,

Right?

And then they went on this incredible hero's journey,

Which he talks about.

But it was because they,

They were so young and it's so sweet,

So innocent.

And they asked for help.

They didn't know how to make money.

They didn't know how to become wealthy,

But they asked and they received.

So it's a great story.

It's a great book.

Great book for finances.

And you can take the next step.

The key thing here is to be willing to just do the thing.

Do the thing,

The next step.

It might be something as simple as sending an email or buying a book or talking to somebody and writing things down on a piece of paper.

There's lots and lots of little things.

And when we do those little things,

Like if someone wants to get into a relationship or get out of a relationship,

What do they need to do practically,

You know,

To move in that direction?

It might be a little steps.

So there's always something.

And what we're doing here is every day we're connecting our vision to our actions,

To our practical day.

And over time,

It all adds up.

Let's say someone wants to increase their spiritual awakening,

Then they would hold the vision that I am supremely blissful and free and I've attained everything and I'm deeply connected and I'm in a wonderful,

Wonderful state of consciousness.

And then they would tune into,

Okay,

What are there rituals that I can do to increase this?

It might be meditation,

Mantras,

Good wishes,

Pure feelings,

Studying spiritual things,

Reading about things,

Practicing virtues.

There's a whole list of things like that.

And then the actions might be practicing patience,

Coming back to higher consciousness every hour.

Right.

So we just need to remind ourselves,

Because even if you know about this last week,

We can easily forget today and then just get lost.

So vision,

Rituals and actions,

Connecting your future to your present right now.

And one of the things we've noticed in our coaching,

We have Awakened Academy in our course,

Having spoke to loads of people,

We've realized that most people can actually have about 80% of what they want in their life in some form this week,

Which is fascinating,

Fascinating.

So we've got all these big visions,

Oh,

If only,

If only,

If only,

But someone might be like,

Oh,

I wish I could make music.

Well,

You could just,

You could make music on your phone nowadays.

Do you know what I mean?

I mean,

That's,

Oh,

I wish I could do videos.

You can do videos on your,

I mean,

Pretty much everything you want to do,

You can do on your phone now in some way.

Someone might say,

Oh,

I wish I could,

You know,

Just relax and read a magazine in the sun.

This is when we hear a lot.

I wish I could just had time to read a book or a magazine in the sun.

Well,

You could write it down on your daily actions,

Read book in sun,

You know,

And read a book in the sun and then you've got what you want.

So some things they do take longer,

Some things take many years,

But some things can actually,

Many things can be manifested immediately and then we can feel great now.

It's so sweet.

I remember we had a student once too,

Where she just wanted to wake up with flowers next to her bed.

Right.

So,

You know,

We encouraged her to go and buy the flowers and it made her so happy.

I think next to her bed on the kitchen table and so simple.

It's often these really simple,

Sweet things,

Just little actions,

Really little actions that we can do that bring into form that experience that is in our hearts.

Yeah,

It's so beautiful.

So you're just bringing,

You're basically cutting this unnecessary,

Huge amount of time between where you are now and where you want to be.

You're just cutting it all out and it doesn't mean that you will physically manifest everything you want today because some things take a while,

But you can feel a big percentage of the vibrations and the things and the experiences that you want.

And then our life feels whole and complete.

So just to recap here,

You've got vision.

What is your vision?

Vision is the things that we've explored in detail in previous sessions about what do you want to feel?

What do you want to experience?

What are your sacred intentions?

The fascinating thing is that when we really drop into the vibration of what we want,

The irony,

Of course,

Is that without doing anything at all,

We can feel we've attained what we want.

This is really fascinating.

That if we really go deep into our vision,

Then in a sense,

No actions are even needed in that experience because we feel satisfied.

So that's,

The more,

The deeper we can get there,

The better it is.

And then we're going to take it to the next level.

You come out of the experience and you say,

Okay,

What are the daily rituals that I can do?

Because what we do every day,

Whatever our habits are,

For example,

If you started doing exercise every day and you haven't used to done exercise,

Like imagine you started,

Like today's the first day you do exercise,

Imagine someone who never does it,

In six months,

One year,

Two years,

Five years,

They'll be in a completely different place because of that one daily ritual.

If someone starts doing meditation every day,

They'll be in a completely different place in one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Ten years.

So whatever it is,

What are the daily rituals?

And then the actions are the specific things that you can do that will move forward.

It might be something like cleaning up your office,

Registering a domain name,

Calling a nutritionist,

Sending an email,

Buying a course,

Shopping for the best food,

Setting up time to connect with an old friend,

Tidying up your laptop,

Booking a ticket,

Or any other sort of thing.

There are many,

Many little things that we haven't done that actually wouldn't take very long that would set us up for success.

So you can probably feel the power of the practices and it's like beautiful actions beget more beautiful actions.

So more inspiration will surely come,

More insights,

More ideas of how you can get into that aligned state of being and that aligned experience.

When we hold the vision,

What happens is it drops down that energy field into your subconscious mind and then you start to get clues about what you can do practically.

So how do you discover what these rituals and actions are?

Some of the things to do will immediately come in your mind.

You can just write them down,

They're just straight up,

They're really obvious.

Some things won't come immediately because they're buried a little bit deeper down.

And so there are four things,

Four ways that these clues can come to you.

One is the form of thoughts.

So you get ideas in your mind.

So you might be walking around and you just start thinking about something.

That's a very common way of getting these ideas about what to do.

The second thing is feelings.

You might not be thinking anything specific.

You might just have a certain feeling.

You might be repelled by something or inspired by something.

You just get a sense of it.

You're just drawn in a certain direction.

The third way is noticing things.

This is really fascinating because we don't see reality,

The world.

When you look around your life,

You look around your house,

Look around your world,

Look at it,

We don't see reality,

The physical things as they are because there's far too many things in our environment and we don't notice everything.

I was talking to one of our team the other day and encouraging her to go offline and do things on paper because she's been writing everything down.

And she said there's no point in doing things on paper because she doesn't notice them.

And because this is what happens when we're always on computers,

We actually stop seeing our physical environment.

So there are all sorts of things around us.

There are people,

There are situations,

There are books,

There are situations in various different contexts that we may completely ignore.

Many many many things we actually don't notice.

So,

When you hold the vision,

You actually change the filtering system inside your consciousness,

Which means that when you look out through your eyes,

You notice things that you didn't previously see,

That were always there.

So there's an enormous amount of information that we're completely ignoring right now.

Huge,

Huge,

Huge amount of it.

So as you hold the vision and you feel the vibrations,

It shifts the processing internally.

It's hard to see this,

How this works because it's unconscious,

But you look around and go,

Oh my God,

I never noticed that before.

And that gives you clues and ideas about things that you can then write down and take action on.

I'll give an example of this.

Our Aria was,

We needed someone to help us with our business and she,

We had all these applications.

Do you want to share that story about finding Marvin?

It's a fascinating story.

Sure.

Yes.

It's like there are synchronicities and signals around us at every step and we have to be aware and awake to see them.

So yeah,

So this one was,

We needed someone to help us with our enrollment sales and you know,

It's a unique position.

It's the soul that people connect with first,

You know,

When they,

They find our Academy.

So it requires a really dear,

Special soul.

So we had had a bunch of applications at the end,

At the end of the year at that time.

And there were so many that came in and I think when a lot's coming in,

You don't necessarily receive it all at once.

So there were a lot that came in,

But I wasn't able to like really fully receive all of the applications at the time,

But sometime past things realigned and it was time to find a new person.

And I had actually just gotten off the call,

I guess going back to kombucha,

Some for some reason that's emerging on this,

This podcast today,

I had just ordered a continuous kombucha brew by a lovely,

Lovely soul.

And she was so lovely and you know,

It was kind of a sales call,

But it was done with so much love and good energy.

I was so inspired by that.

So right after with that energy,

I was like,

Okay,

I'm going to go write up an ad for this person that will welcome into our company.

And I went on my computer and I started typing in enrollment sales,

Something like that,

Just to see my previous notes for what to write.

But instead I saw a video came up in my little finder on my computer and I said,

Oh,

It's this.

And I double clicked and it was a video from one of the applicants that I hadn't actually fully watched.

And you know,

I started playing it and I played it right at a place where he said something like in my previous sales experience,

Then I did another $40 million in sales,

You know,

For this company.

And I said,

Wow,

You know,

How did I miss that?

And it was super synchronistic.

He's very spiritually grounded,

Incredible being,

And just so divinely aligned.

But I had to be in that subtle awareness to be open to and recognize that signal,

Right?

And receive him into our work,

Right?

Because if I was distracted and if I wasn't paying attention,

Then I could have missed that opportunity.

Yeah,

What a wonder.

So the message,

The information was already there on the computer.

Sarah was looking elsewhere,

But it was already there,

But we just didn't notice it.

This is,

The timing was off.

You could say there's all sorts of things,

But this is what we're dealing with all the time.

We're missing things.

When you look into this about the science of the brain and how it works,

What a lot of people have said,

There's different numbers and you can do your own research,

But basically the ones that I remember is that whenever we look around,

There are something around a number of 100,

000 bits of information.

So there's huge amounts of information coming into our senses every day,

All the time.

When we sleep,

Of course it's different,

But when we're awake,

100,

000 bits of information.

And apparently we filter out everything except 128 bits of information.

I don't know how they figured out 128,

But like this is the equivalent of an 11 mile radius,

Right?

Imagine you put both feet on the ground,

You can do this now,

Put both your feet on the ground and think about how much space is under your feet.

Just tune in how much that is.

And then imagine 11 miles in a circle all around you,

11 miles.

So what this means is that we are ignoring the 11 miles worth of information all around us and only seeing what's underneath our own feet.

That's how much we're ignoring.

And that's why when we go into these daily actions,

Daily rituals,

We're kind of moving around.

So we're actually starting to experience different things,

Moving into different locations,

Discovering new things.

So this is how the fascinating manifestation works.

You just keep moving around and you discover all this new stuff that was always there anyway.

If you do a space clearing on your house,

If you start getting rid of stuff in your house,

You'll be like,

Oh my God,

I didn't remember I had this book.

Oh my God,

Look at this cool clothes that I've lost in the back of my cupboard.

Oh wow,

Look what's in the garage.

You know,

There's all this cool stuff.

And people we've forgotten about.

What about all the people in our lives that we just forgot exist,

But they're very dear to us?

Do you know what I mean?

So you're going to get all these ideas and you write them down and you take action.

And the more you do it,

The more you will start to move in a direction and the more you'll start to experience changes and transformation in your life.

And then you can also notice the people and events that are conspiring to help you because there are all sorts of things.

When you hold the vision and you're willing to take action and align physically,

Then all kinds of things open up.

So again,

It comes back to noticing what these things are.

Often even in our inbox,

A lot of stuff goes to spam.

That is important.

You know,

So you might have all sorts of opportunities that will change your life in your spam folder,

In some cases,

You know.

So it's all sorts of things happening and we've got to be aligned.

What is going on?

What is life teaching us?

And what do I need to do?

What do I need to do today,

Right now,

To take that next step?

So staying awake,

Aware,

Listening,

Seeing,

On a subtle level,

This is all really a deep inner practice,

Deep spiritual practice that you are communicating with life.

You know,

As you hold your vision,

As you take action,

You're being very aware of the messages,

The learning,

The synchronicities,

The signals,

Everything coming in.

And the more aware you are,

Then the more you're able to hear life and move in the direction of your highest alignment.

Yeah,

So let's just recap on how you can bring this into your life.

Would you like to bring these things into your life?

By the way.

Someone was telling me that in human design,

Which is a system,

A lot of people are generators.

We're not going to get into all the details,

But it's just want to mention that any of these things we're sharing with you,

You can ask yourself,

Would I like to do this?

You don't have to do anything we're telling you,

By the way.

You can ignore everything we're saying.

You can just ask your heart,

Would I like to practice these things and bring them into my life?

Would it be helpful for me to practice them?

And if you would,

Then here's how you could do it.

So after you say in the morning,

You get your miracle journal,

If you want to,

And then you write down your sacred appreciation,

What you're grateful for,

Getting to the good vibrations.

And then you can write down what you want to experience,

Your vision,

Your intentions,

And feel the vibrations.

How would it feel if you attained?

And then you ask yourself,

Okay,

What are the daily rituals that I can do today that will help me create the habits to become this?

How can I directly connect my vision to my life now?

And then finally,

What are the actions,

The inspired actions,

The specific things that I can do today to move forward?

And oftentimes they're quite mundane things.

They're like,

Finish this project,

Talk to this person,

Send this email,

Go to this place.

But when you do them,

It gradually changes everything.

So that's it.

Ease and grace.

You try it out,

Try it out for yourself,

See what happens.

I've personally found it extremely useful because otherwise,

If we don't know what we're doing with our day,

We can easily get distracted.

The world we live in is hugely distracting.

And so we might say,

Oh,

I want to do these things.

Then you pick up the phone and then there's all this stuff on there and you're like,

Oh my God,

What am I doing?

And then the end of the day all ends,

Nothing happened.

So when we write these things down in the morning,

You're becoming the captain of your own ship.

You're becoming the master of your life and giving importance to the things that really matter to you,

Gradually moving forward in a direction that you want to go,

Feeling inspired and you can start to really feel that you are living an aligned life right now with your higher self.

So a lot of wonder,

A lot of beauty with miracle consciousness and so beautiful that you're listening and receiving this.

And I have no doubt,

Unbelievable,

Incredible miracles and wonders will unfold in your life.

And often the heartfelt visions you have are premonitions,

The future pulling you towards itself and so trusting in your process,

Being open and allowing this process to unfold,

This miracle consciousness process.

So thank you for your beautiful presence,

For being a presence of miracle consciousness in our world.

It's a blessing to us all and so much love to you.

You know,

And it's taken care of.

Pending things,

Pending things stress us out.
