Allow yourself to be still for a few moments and as you breathe just be here and now.

Watch the body breathe very naturally and easily and as you breathe remind yourself that your inner world shapes your external experience.

Reflect on Ralph Waldo Emerson's words,

What lies behind you and what lies in front of you pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.

Visualize yourself adopting an inside-out worldview where you recognize the interconnectedness all beings.

Imagine looking at the world and seeing beyond the differences of gender,

Religion,

Race and nationality.

Acknowledging the underlying unity among all of us in this meditative state.

Consider the spiritual experiences you desire.

Happiness,

Freedom,

Peace and a feeling of deep security.

And as you embrace the inside-out worldview you open yourself to these experiences more easily and more fully.

Now set the intention within your heart to mind to release any outside-in and self-absorbed worldviews that may be clouding your spiritual growth and freedom.

Just envision those false beliefs as a dark cloud dissipating in the light of your newfound awareness.

As you continue to breathe deeply feel the purity and the beauty of your true self emerging with each breath embrace your identity as a spiritual being interconnected with all life.

Take a moment to bask in the serenity and harmony that comes from adopting your inside-out.

Gently,

Calmly bring your awareness back to your surroundings and carry this purified worldview with you throughout your natural daily life.

Knowing that you have the power to shape your experiences and foster inner transformation through your thoughts and intentions.
