Welcome back.
Lots of love and blessings.
Congratulations on doing all this wonderful work because this is very deep inner work that is affecting your life without you even knowing about it.
In this session we're going to conclude our belief discovery process and do a complete release experience.
The end result of this session is that you are deeply and emotionally connected to liberation.
Like you're basically saying to yourself,
I have had enough of being negatively influenced by these negative beliefs.
So for us to move beyond this and then reprogram these new beliefs we first have to clear out the old.
Because transformation expert Richard Bandler,
Who's the inventor of NLP,
One of his famous quotes is,
The difference between those who succeed and those who don't is that those who succeed have had enough.
They've had enough.
They've reached the point where the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of changing.
So as you feel that you've had enough of putting up with the same results,
The same situation,
Same old,
Same old,
Same amount of money,
Same amount of everything.
Once you've had enough of that then you will change.
So this is about an energetic release of the old and a commitment to your new identity.
Because this reprogramming process you're going to go through next,
With the meditations and the processes,
You're going to take that on much more powerfully and a lot more benefit and get the results faster when you have released the old.
So let's begin by just taking a few beautiful breaths.
I recommend looking at the document that you put together,
Whether you wrote it in your journal or you wrote it in your notebook.
What are all of these main negative beliefs,
Limiting beliefs,
That have been harming you personally?
Just have a look at the list.
And once you've seen that list and you've felt into it,
You wrote down five and you can write them down again or you can just choose the top three if you like.
And we're going to do a process where you deeply feel the negative impact that they've had and then let them go.
And we're also going to see if there's any truth in these negative beliefs because sometimes these limiting beliefs hold a pinch of salt worth of truth in a sack full of flour.
Sometimes there's something there.
So for example,
If someone says I'm not qualified enough,
And the truth is they actually aren't qualified enough,
Then that's not actually a negative belief.
That's a reality and you need to do something about it.
You need to learn more or practice more or do something.
There are other people,
A friend of mine comes to mind,
She has spent 50 years getting certifications on all these different methods and she still feels she can't charge hardly any money for her work.
So in her case,
It's definitely not a situation where she's not qualified.
It's a situation where she has limited beliefs and that has to be released.
So what I'd like you to do is look at your list,
Write down these main limited beliefs that you want to release.
Let's just do that now.
And as you write them down,
This is a symbolic act that you're going to release and clear this out of your life.
Whether you just replace it as we do in the next sessions or whether you do something about it so that goes away.
Either way,
That is not going to be running as a program in your unconscious anymore.
And once you've written that down,
All of your beliefs that you've had enough of,
Just have a quick look at them and ask,
Is there any truth here that I need to address?
Is there anything here that you actually need to do something about?
Or is it just a false belief?
Go through each of them and tune into that.
And if there is anything that needs to be done practically,
Then make a note of it and write how you're going to fix that afterwards.
So sometimes people have something they need to do and it's not really a limiting belief,
It masquerades as one,
But actually they need to take action.
So if there's anything like that,
Make a note of what you can do to fix that situation.
Most of the time they're not actually like that,
But in case it is,
It's good to be aware of this.
All right,
Now let's go and really feel,
I want you to feel the cost that these beliefs have had on your life,
The price you've had to pay for holding on to this.
What has this done?
You did a little bit of this in the last session.
I invite you in a moment to do a journaling exercise where you write the story of how these beliefs have limited your life.
And don't hold back,
Really feel the real cost,
The real pain.
How have they cost you financially?
What income have you lost?
What opportunities did you not take?
Have they had any limitations on your relationships,
Your intimacy,
Your connections,
Your capacity to enjoy yourself,
Your capacity to connect with people,
Your emotional well-being,
Your peace of mind,
Your capacity to serve,
Right?
Just tune into it.
For example,
I have huge amounts of content on my computer that I haven't published.
And the reason for that,
Now that I've explored this more over the years,
Is because of limiting beliefs.
When I look at my own behavior,
I can trace back all of the dysfunctional things to these beliefs.
So what I'd like you to do,
And I'm going to let you get on with this yourself,
And really do this like as a clearing exercise,
A cleansing exercise.
What you're going to do is write down the story.
How has this affected you?
I learned this belief when I was younger,
Then this,
This and this bad thing happened,
And it's been affecting me in these ways for years and years.
And I've had enough.
And then write down why you want to get rid of this belief.
And then do the next belief.
This belief came when I was younger,
And this happened,
And this happened,
And I didn't do this,
And I didn't go here,
And I didn't try this,
And I wasn't willing to do this.
Just write it all out and feel it.
Let yourself feel it.
If you need to cry,
Or if you need to get angry,
Or if you need to throw something across the room,
Then fair enough.
And then once you've done that,
And you've cleared it all out,
And you've written those things down,
You can have a release statement.
This is like a signed contract.
We have this in your workbook if you want to reference it.
I forgive myself and others for these beliefs.
They serve their purpose at the time,
And I now release them with love,
With love.
I'm ready for my truth.
I'm ready for transformation and wealth.
So write a statement like that,
Either this one or something like that,
And just say,
I forgive it.
I forgive everyone.
I forgive myself,
And I'm ready for newness.
And then sign and date,
And this is representing the end of a chapter in your life,
And the beginning of your new level of power.
And then once you've done that,
Once you've written that all down,
If you want,
You can burn your list.
You can do a symbolic act.
You can burn it in a safe place somewhere outside.
So what has happened in your life because of this belief?
What hasn't happened in your life?
How has that harmed you and other people?
Really feel it.
Write down why you're excited to change,
And you're willing to do whatever it takes.
And then if you feel like it,
You can burn it.
Do a ceremony and say,
I release this.
I release this.
I release this.
We're going to be doing more releasing things later on,
But you can just physically release,
Release,
Release.
Burn it,
Burn it,
Burn it.
If you want to write a list of all your negative beliefs that you're aware of,
You can say,
Here's all the beliefs I have,
And here's the ones I don't know about.
I'm just adding a list of to represent things I don't know,
And I'm going to burn the whole lot.
I've had enough.
And then once you've done that,
You can finally relax knowing that you've done this deep part of the work.
And then when you're ready,
Move on to the next section where we are going to create new beliefs and reprogram those new beliefs into your subconscious so that you have the power to create the success you want in your life.
