Begin by focusing on your breath.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly and gently.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to naturally,

Gently become calm and as you relax just start to talk with your conscience.

You have a conscience,

Gently direct your inner dialogue toward your conscience.

It's a part of you that knows what is right.

Ask for its guidance and request that it remains unaffected by your false ego and express your desire to awaken your conscience.

Contemplate eternal truths.

I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

I am a pure peaceful soul.

As you contemplate these truths let them permeate your thought,

Align your mind and intellect and feel your mind and intellect aligning and envision peace spreading through your being and awakening your conscience.

Awaken your conscience.

As you immerse yourself in timeless truth feel your conscience awakening.

Embrace the clarity and guidance it provides.

Embrace this clarity and guidance and the bliss that comes from living in alignment with your true self.

Give thanks for your conscience.

To hear your conscience.

Listen to the conscience and act on the conscience and return to the present moment.

Gently bringing your awareness back to your breath.

Take a few more deep breaths before returning to the present moment.

Profound and deep, this meditation might trigger processes to awaken the ethical compass for some. Those not familiar with the concept of the eternal soul might need to contemplate and do this meditationa few times.
