In this meditation, you're offered an invitation to choose to slow down and breathe in the air, to receive all the messages our ancestors have sent to us through the sky and the birds. If you can feel the air, offer a prayer for it to cleanse the energy inside of our body. Be with the flower of life, and your inner garden. Take the time to see beauty, and receive the call of love which exists within the deepest, most innocent part of your soul. If you feel distraction to any part of meditation in general, or with this one, just notice it, and notice any internal conflict, contraction or resistance. Instead of judging it, be with it and offer love to yourself.

Transcript

Take a deep breath into your heart,

Allow your breath to be the beating and the slowing of the nervous system.

Receive the vibrations that your body is guiding you with.

Breathe into your body,

Expanding places that are tight.

Allowing for the breath to be guided to parts in the body which need tenderness.

Allow the breath of life to come in and hug you.

Allow the breath of life to come in and send vibrations to your body.

Allow the breath of life to be observed by all your organs,

Your cells,

Your tissues,

Your muscles.

Hold your love,

Love to be held.

Now imagine a beautiful scene in nature.

Imagine the most beautiful flower.

Be with its beauty without having to do anything.

You are the dreamer.

So dream the beautiful flower and feel inside your body the sensations that arise.

Maybe there's an opening,

A deepening,

Or even some tension.

Allow the breath of life in and guide it towards where you can expand.

Gently guiding the smoke like a mystical flute with your breath.

Imagine that you're in winter's night,

Casting shadows from the moonlight,

And you see your breath.

Watch your breath.

Imagine that every little particle in your breath is holding the seed of your intention.

What do you want to experience in the world?

What is it about the flower that makes it beautiful?

What does the flower mean to you?

I want to experience this.

I want everything to be a beautiful flower.

I want to see.

I'm watching my breath.

And I can see the breath of life.

Now I'm going to encourage you to take a breath in and to receive your intention.

Feel your intention inside your body,

Passing on your breath.

Breathe into the blocks that you feel restriction with this intention in its purity and intensity.

Massaging your body with your breath.

Your intention with love.

Now imagine your breath again.

Watching your life and the breath of life flow.

Your words pass your intention.

Your life is the flower.

Your breath is the quality.

Watching your breath coming back to your body.

Wiggling your toes.

Now you will go into your life on three deep breaths to wake and integrate the breath of life.

Thank you.

Powerful short meditation with great use of sound and visualization. The chanting, drumming really added to the relaxation. Thank you for this gem and hope to hear more🙏🏻

This meditation feels like a warm hug for your soul. The deep, soothing voice guides you so naturally, like it’s just there to hold space for you to breathe and let go. The drum, flute, throat singing, and chanting come in here and there, almost like little reminders to stay present. They’re subtle but so powerful, adding just the right vibe without taking over. The imagery of the flower and winter’s night is so vivid, it really pulls you into this calm, dreamy state. And the silence at the end? Perfect for soaking it all in. It’s grounding, heartfelt, and leaves you feeling lighter and more connected. Thank you so much for sharing your magic with the world!
