A calming meditation process of gracefully slowing down your energy and your system so you slip into harmonious sleep.  This mediation will help you to sleep deeply for a long period of time and train your body, mind, and spirit to easily fall asleep on a regular basis.

This meditation offers a calming process of gracefully slowing down your energy and your system so you will slip deeply into harmonious sleep.

So let's begin by getting comfortable as you lay down wherever you see fit that will provide the most comfort in a place where you can settle into a deep sleep for an extended period of time.

Being mindful of what you're wearing and having a nice blanket over you and a comfortable pillow if that feels appropriate at this time.

And gently close your eyes and take a gentle slow deep breath in and out.

And another breath in and out.

And one more breath in and exhale.

And as you continue to breathe with each inhale and exhale,

Feel yourself settling into this breathing pattern that gently calms your system.

As you shift from your previous rhythm into a slower pace that's in alignment with your deep,

Perfect energy that offers you the sleep that you need.

And as you continue to breathe,

Feeling more and more comfortable settling into your space,

Your breath provides a rhythm that gets slower and slower as you go deeper and deeper into this comfort and peace.

You may feel that you have been operating at a quicker pace throughout your day or the hours prior to this meditation,

But this is a new moment.

A moment for you to slow that pace as you downshift and adjust very subtly with so much ease.

You may even feel a gentle inner hum or vibration that guides you as you settle into this pace,

Taking you further down to an energetic level where you rest and disappear and breathe.

The subtle vibrations in rhythms that support you at this level as you have slowed down and releasing the past,

Letting go as you drift,

Almost a floating feeling,

Feeling relaxed and peaceful and breathe.

Each inhale and exhale creates this harmonious pattern that leads you forward with consistency and tranquility,

Letting go as you float and drift into the ethers of your consciousness where you are able to rest and relax so peaceful and breathe.

And this energy that you have created that's a lower vibration and a calmer one,

Feeling so good,

Slower,

Yet fulfilling,

A peaceful pace that you feel throughout your system as your energy releases and your entire body,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your pelvis,

Your stomach,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

So relaxed,

So peaceful,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

Your face,

Your eyes,

Your head,

And your mind,

Letting go gracefully and easily,

Downshifting into this beautiful rhythm and tranquil space,

Supporting you and leading you into the depths and the expansive energy of deep sleep.

The calming energy and the peaceful rhythm here as you float and relax even more,

Feeling so calm,

So safe,

Free of the day and free of your thoughts,

Releasing everything in the comfort and serenity of this gentle and supportive vibration of sleep.

And breathe.

And as the peace continues to fill you up,

Guiding you and supporting you,

You are able to drift deeper and deeper as you float in this beautiful energy of grace and harmony,

Descending and aligning with your inner vibration,

So calm and guided.

And breathe.

And as you float away,

Deep into your dreams,

The serenity and the peace leads you further along as you rest and relax,

Knowing you are asleep,

You are calm,

You are safe and deep in your dreams.

Pleasant dreams.
