In this meditation you will be guided through visualization techniques for increased awareness,
Focus and grounding.
These techniques works even if you are not familiar with or good at visualization.
Just use your will when you perform the techniques and it will work for you.
You will be guided through the techniques center of your head,
Grounding,
Golden shield and golden sun.
This combination of techniques is called setup and can be used during your regular meditation practice,
Between your daily activities or if you need extra focus.
It's best if you sit up while you are doing this meditation.
Sitting position helps you to stay focused and grounded and sit with your feet on the floor,
Your hands resting on your knees with your palms facing up.
But if you have difficulty sitting up or if you are very tired today,
It is good to lie down.
Just make sure that your spine is straight.
Ok,
Let's begin.
Imagine an electric blue line between your temples and another electric blue line that crosses it between your forehead and the back of your head.
Gather your attention at the cross,
It marks the center of your head.
From here you get perspective and see clearly.
Now you will caress the grounding,
Focus on your first chakra,
It is located on the top of the tailbone on men and a few centimeters up on women.
Gather your attention on the spot and just be aware of the feeling of it.
Maybe you see colors or get a sensation,

Don't try to change anything.
Decide that you create an anchor from your first chakra all the way to the center of the planet.
Just imagine the anchor that comes natural for you,
Maybe you see a tree trunk,
A thick rope,
A line of energy,
Just make sure the anchor is stable,
Steady and solid all the way through.
Pay attention to how you feel right now.
Do you feel different than before,
Now,
When you made a grounding?
And now decide to destroy your grounding.
You can use a sword or another weapon or another tool,
Whatever works for you.
Just make sure that you destroy it.
And how does that feel?
Do you feel any different now?
Making your grounding the same way as before.
In the first chakra and an anchor all the way down to the center of the planet.
The anchor is stable,
Strong and solid.
The more real it appears,
The more effective it is.
The grounding supports you to become more present,
Aware and to let go of whatever you're ready to release.
Become aware that you have an energy field around you.
Decide that it reaches out one miltre all around you in all directions,
Over and under you as well.
Imagine that your energy field is covered by a golden shield,
A shield as strong as iron.
It helps you to harness your energy and don't let in energy from the surroundings.
In this way it is easier to be present and focused.
Now decide that you will extend your grounding to the edges of your hips.
And extend it again all the way out to the edges of your energy field.
Decide that the grounding will attract all that you're ready to release.
Just relax and let it happen.

Follow your breath.
If your thoughts wander,
Focus in the center of your head.

And let go of everything that you hold on to.

It's filled with your own energy and power and everything you need.
Start to fill you up.
Golden sun,

You're filled up with a sparkling golden energy.
It replaces everything that you let go of with new positive vibration.

Your arms.
Your hands.

Your stomach.
A golden sparkling light fills up your legs and your feet.
