Please note: this is a recording from a Live event. Most of us live as though there is a solid “me” at the center of experience - a separate self who needs to improve, heal, become more spiritual, and eventually arrive at peace. But what happens when we begin to question that assumption? What is it that’s looking, hearing, thinking, or feeling? And to whom do our thoughts and emotions belong? This Dharma talk explores self-inquiry, the illusion of separation, and the paradox of the spiritual path. It is an invitation to look beyond the endless project of becoming and recognize that what we have been searching for may have been here all along. This isn’t a denial of experience or a suggestion that nothing matters. Life continues - thinking, feeling, planning, and doing - but without the burden of imagining a separate self at the center of it all.
