Today is day number 30.
Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.
Close your eyes.
Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale through your mouth,
Helping your entire body to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.
The focus for today's meditation is on menopause being the best chapter of your life.
I want you to bring to mind the idea that menopause is the best chapter of your life.
Embrace the belief that this phase brings new opportunities,
Growth and empowerment.
Visualize yourself in this chapter of life,
Radiating confidence,
Wisdom and inner peace.
In your mind's eye,
See yourself embracing the changes and challenges of menopause with grace and a sense of adventure.
Feel the freedom and liberation that comes with stepping into this new phase.
Release any judgments or negative beliefs you may have about menopause.
Let go of any fears or apprehensions,
