Welcome fellow menopause sister.
I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.
My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.
Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.
By promoting relaxation,
Reducing stress and anxiety,
And improving sleep and mood,
Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.
Today is day number 27.
Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.
Close your eyes.
Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale through your mouth,
Helping your entire body to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.
The focus on today's meditation is being the best version of yourself.
Bring to mind the image of yourself as the best version of who you can be now,
During menopause and beyond.
Visualize yourself embodying qualities such as strength,
Resilience,
Grace,
Wisdom and self-care.
Allow this image of your best self to become vivid and clear in your mind.
See yourself radiating confidence,
Self-acceptance and a deep sense of inner peace.
Feel the energy and vitality coursing through your body,
Embracing the changes and challenges of menopause with grace and empowerment.
As you connect with this image of your best self,
Allow yourself to embody those qualities in this present moment.
Feel the strength and resilience within you,
Knowing that you have the capacity to overcome any obstacles that come your way.
Release any judgments or expectations you may have about yourself during menopause.
Let go of any feelings of inadequacy or comparison.
Embrace the uniqueness of your own journey and honor the wisdom and growth that comes with this phase of life.
With each breath,
Breathe in the essence of your best self.
Feel it filling every cell of your body,
Aligning you with your true potential and purpose.
Embrace the beauty of your journey and the evolution of your being.
Take a moment to express gratitude for yourself and the journey you are on.
Appreciate the strength and wisdom that resides within you.
Embrace the fullness of who you are and the unique gifts you bring to the world.
I want you to carry the essence of your best self with you as you continue your day,
Knowing that you have the power to create the best version of yourself during menopause and beyond.
And remember,
Creating the best version of yourself during menopause is a continuous process that requires self-compassion,
Self-discovery,
And self-care.
Regular practice of this meditation can help you connect with your inner strength and align yourself with the qualities that contribute to your well-being and personal growth.
And now,
In your mind's eye,
I want you to picture your beautiful face.
And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me,
Out loud.
I am capable of embracing and thriving during this new stage of life.
Menopause is not an obstacle,
But an opportunity for me to become my best self.
I choose to focus on my personal growth and development during menopause.
I am learning to love and accept myself as I am,
Even during this challenging time.
I am grateful for the wisdom and experience that menopause brings.
I am taking care of my physical and emotional health to become the best version of myself.
I am worthy of investing time and energy in myself during menopause.
I am releasing any negative thoughts and beliefs about menopause and embracing this journey with positivity and optimism.
I am open to new experiences and opportunities for growth during menopause.
I am confident in my ability to navigate this transition with grace and resilience.
When you are ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Roll your shoulders back and down.
Slowly begin to blink your eyes open.
Congratulations on completing today's meditation.
