Welcome fellow menopause sister.

I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.

My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.

Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.

By promoting relaxation,

Reducing stress and anxiety,

And improving sleep and mood,

Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.

Today is day number 21.

Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.

Close your eyes.

Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And then exhale through your mouth,

Helping your entire body to relax.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.

The focus for this meditation is on self love.

Bring your attention to your heart center and imagine a warm and glowing light radiating from within.

Visualize yourself surrounded by a circle of loving energy,

Feeling supported and cherished.

As you connect with this energy,

Bring to mind any feelings of self doubt or criticism that may be present.

Offer yourself compassion and love for these feelings,

Reminding yourself that you are worthy of love and acceptance exactly as you are.

As you continue to meditate,

See yourself embracing your body and its changes with love and acceptance.

Remind yourself that menopause is a time of transition and transformation,

And that you are supported by the universe as you navigate this phase of life.

With each breath,

Imagine yourself drawing in love and light and allowing these energies to fill you up and support you.

Affirm your commitment to self love and self care during menopause.

Remember that you are deserving of love and kindness and that by treating yourself with compassion and acceptance,

You can move through this phase of life with grace and ease.

And now in your mind's eye,

I want you to picture your beautiful face.

And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me out loud.

I honor and accept my body during this time of transition.

I trust my body to navigate through this natural process with grace and ease.

I am grateful for all that my body has done for me and continues to do.

I am kind and patient with myself as I adjust to the changes happening in my body.

I am worthy of love and care regardless of my age or physical appearance.

I release any negative beliefs or judgments about my body and embrace self love and acceptance.

I am confident and empowered in my femininity and sexuality no matter what stage of life I am in.

I prioritize my own needs and well-being knowing that I deserve to feel healthy and happy.

I trust my own inner wisdom and intuition to guide me through this transition.

I am proud of who I am and the unique journey I am on.

When you are ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Slowly begin to blink your eyes open.
