Transcript

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Feeling into the chair or ground.

The surface that is steadily supporting you.

Noticing if there is any tension or stress in your body.

Now taking a deep breath.

Exhale and relax.

Take another deep breath.

And exhale.

Imagining the tension in your body softening.

One more deep breath.

And as you exhale imagining stress melting away.

Your body is soft and heavy.

Against the surface that is supporting you.

Now breathe at a pace that feels peaceful and natural to you.

Imagine you are taking a walk in a very pleasant place.

It could be real or it could be somewhere you imagine.

Notice what time of the day it is.

What the air and the temperature feels like.

What you're wearing.

You're taking a walk because you want to see something new.

Something you haven't seen before.

What does your surrounding look like?

What sounds do you hear near and far?

As you continue to move.

You notice whether you're still walking or moving by another way of transportation.

What are you seeing and hearing now?

Is there any scent in the air?

What feelings are coming up inside you?

Notice the state of your breathing.

How your chest and stomach is moving.

As you become aware of what's around you as well as what is within you.

You know you're arriving at this new perspective.

New thing.

New realization.

You are no longer moving and instead you're very still.

Your body and breathing still relaxed and taking in the new horizon.

What is happening around you?

You are still standing on firm ground with a gift of fresh air and lighting to support you.

Taking your time to take in what you're seeing and hearing.

Slowly the new awareness begins to calm down.

You make your way back to where you began.

There is plenty of time to reflect on what was one new but now part of your perspective.

Maybe your inner landscape begins to shift.

Making you feel hopeful and thankful and courageous.

Slowly as you head back you're also ready to come back to the present moment.

Where your physical body and your heart and your mind can be in alignment.

With three breaths you'll come back to your present self.

Taking one breath.

Finding your physical body once again.

Taking another breath.

Feeling fresh new energy coming in as you breathe.

One more breath.

Bringing back all that you have experienced.

When you're ready open your eyes.

Welcome back.
