Welcome home to the rise of the inhale and the release of the exhale. Welcome home to your breath. "Home is wherever and whenever I can take a deep breath. It is where I let myself be. Without judgment. Without holding my breath. Without worrying about getting it right."

Welcome.

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Take a full breath in.

And full breath out.

And let your body soften as you release the breath.

Again,

Full breath in,

Feeling the expansion taking place.

A full breath out,

Allowing yourself to soften as you release the breath.

Coming home.

Home to yourself.

Home is where I let myself be.

Let myself be without judgment.

Without holding my breath.

Without worrying about getting it right.

I know that I'm allowed to learn and still be loved.

Make mistakes and make it up.

Make my bed and make a life that is worthy of calling it a home.

Home is wherever and whenever I can take a deep breath.

It is in all the places of restoration I allow myself to hunker down within.

Home is wherever and whenever I can take a deep breath.

I invite you to come home.

Come home.

Take a deep breath.

Feel it as you rise to receive the breath.

Feel it as you release and relax.

Breathe in,

Rise,

Receive.

Breathe out.

Release.

Relax.

Again,

Rise,

Receive.

Release.

Relax.

Welcome home.

Place your hands together and begin to rub them.

And place those hands over your eyes.

Opening your eyes and releasing your hands down.

Remember,

Home is wherever and whenever you can take a deep breath.

I wish you well.
