I invite you to find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes.
Take a breath in through your nose.
Open your mouth and gently release it.
And as you sit in this space,
In this moment,
Trust that you're being guided,
You're being led.
I say that to myself a lot because I need to hear it.
The more I hear it,
The more I begin to believe it.
And believing it,
I begin to see it.
There are times when life flows along and feels easy and natural to believe that we're being guided,
But they may also become a point in our journey,
Even in the most magical of trips when we look around and we say,
I don't know where I'm going.
We have no plan.
We've lost all vision.
Just don't know where I'm going.
We've gone as far as we could see.
This is the time to practice what we know,
To practice trusting that we are being guided and we are being led to trust and then to just let go and to stay as peaceful and centered as we can.
To just stay present into the moment,
Whatever it may be offering.
Sharpen your tools,
Sharpen your intuition,
Your inner voice,
Your consciousness and your awareness.
Do the little things and the small actions that may appear right in front of you.
Feel your feelings.
Sit still.
Take a few moments to just be with what is.
Allowing yourself to move through the feelings.
And then wrap yourself up in your own love.
Take a breath in,
Let it out.
Let the journey unfold.
Trust you're being guided and you're being led.
Allow yourself a moment to sit and to just feel what it's like to let go of any striving or grasping.
To just be in this moment and trust that you have been guided and you have been led to right here,
Right now.
