Throughout life, we set many goals for ourselves, and sometimes achieving them can feel elusive and challenging. Often times we don't celebrate our wins fully before moving on to the next task. This meditation encourages you to use your active imagination to support the manifestation of achieving your goals, dreams, and desires.

Let's first start by getting into a comfortable seated position.

If you want to feel grounded,

Place your hands palm down onto your lap,

And you can have your palms face up if you want to feel lifted or perhaps receive some energy.

Then you can gently close your eyes or keep them softly focused on a point in front of you.

Let's begin by taking a deep inhale through the nose,

And then exhale through the mouth,

Releasing some tension from the body.

Take another intentional inhale through the nose,

And exhale out through the mouth.

I invite you to continue with these deep intentional breaths each time that you exhale,

Releasing more and more tension from the body.

Let the shoulders soften away from the ears.

Let your jaw relax.

Just notice if you have been holding on somewhere and where you can let go,

Knowing that now at this moment right here and right now,

You can unwind and just relax.

There is nothing you need to contend to or take care of right now.

Can you just relax knowing that everything is meant for you,

Is on its way to you?

You don't have to fix anything.

You don't have to be anywhere else.

Now is your time to come home to the present moment and anchor down your awareness using your breath.

Continue with these deep cleansing breaths.

I invite you to take in more oxygen,

Deep,

Expansive breath that fills your belly and your lungs.

I invite you to release the air in relief.

Release the pressure.

Allow yourself to fully decompress,

Allowing your body to surrender to gravity.

Just begin to breathe normally now.

There is no effort at this moment,

Just complete relaxation.

If you find that your mind wanders,

That is perfectly okay.

Simply choose each time to come home to this moment by anchoring yourself back into the breath.

Breathing in and breathing out and just keeping your focus there.

Coming back to the breath in and the breath leaving.

Now shifting your awareness inward,

Gently activating your imagination.

Can you visualize yourself at the very moment when you have achieved the goal that you have set for yourself?

Can you imagine at this moment you are in your body experiencing exactly what your goal is?

What you've worked so hard for to achieve.

How do you feel?

Are you indoors or are you outdoors?

What's the temperature like on your skin?

Who is with you?

Who is there with you to celebrate the success with?

I invite you to explore this visualization further.

What do you see?

What are your emotions?

What is your reaction?

What about your facial expressions?

For just a moment,

Sit here with the feeling of this moment.

This moment that you have achieved your goal.

This moment that you have worked so hard for.

You have realized your intentions.

It's wonderful.

You are wonderful.

I am proud of you.

And finally,

As we get back into our bodies,

Before leaving this visualization,

I invite you to visualize your future self when you have achieved your goal,

Writing down in a notebook a few things that you are grateful for that helped you to get there.

These are the things that worked for you to get you to this point.

What are the sum of the things that you have written down?

What is it that you are most grateful for?

When you are ready,

Picture yourself closing the notebook and slowly shifting your awareness back to the room.

You can gently open your eyes,

Take in your surroundings,

And take your time coming back to the day.

Thank you for joining me on this visualization trip,

And I do hope that all of your dreams and desires come true.

Namaste.
