Morning energy boost meditation.
Take a comfortable seat,
Sitting upright with your back supported.
Place your hands in your lap or facing up on your thighs.
Take in a deep breath,
And on the inhale,
Bring your shoulders up,
And on the exhale,
Push them back and down.
Let's do that again.
Take another deep breath in,
Bring your shoulders up to your ears,
And on the exhale,
Push them back and down.
Close your eyes,
And take another big,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Hold the breath at the top,
And slowly exhale out through your nose.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Hold at the top,
And slowly exhale.
Again,
Inhale,
Hold at the top,
And slowly exhale.
Starting at the top of your head,
Moving down your body,
Relaxing every part of your body.
I'm going to relax your head and your face,
Your throat,
Your shoulders,
Your whole right arm and your hand,
Your whole left arm and your hand,
Under your armpits,
Your chest,
Your upper back,
Your ribcage,
Your abdomen,
Your hips and pelvic bowl,
Your buttocks,
Down the front of your thighs and the backs of your thighs,
The front and backs of your knees,
Your shins,
Your calf muscles,
Your ankle,
Your feet and your toes.
Take a big,
Deep breath in,
Hold the breath,
And exhale,
And your whole body should feel relaxed.
We're now going to bring some energy into your body with the breath of fire,
Which is a quick in and out breath through your nose,
Pulling in your abdomen with each inhalation.
Sounds like this.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale.
Now we're going to begin the breath of fire.
It sounds like this.
You are pushing the air out of your nostrils whilst contracting your abdomen in.
It's a very energetic breath.
Keeping your eyes closed,
We will take a deep breath together and then begin.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale all the air out through your nose,
And begin the breath of fire.
Listen to your body.
If you need to take a breath,
Take a breath.
If you need to slow down,
Slow down.
Keep going.
Take a breath if you need to.
Take a deep inhale now.
Breathe it in through your nose.
Hold the breath at the top,
And slowly exhaling the air out.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold the breath at the top,
And slowly exhaling out.
And now just shaking your arms and your hands out.
Shake it out.
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake.
Literally visualize yourself flicking off negative energy,
Limiting beliefs,
Anything holding you back.
Shake it off.
Vigorously shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Shake it off.
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake.
Take another deep breath in.
Relax your hands.
Hold,
And slowly exhale.
Take another deep breath in,
And hold at the top,
And slowly exhale.
And again,
Breathe deeply.
Hold,
And slowly exhale.
And now bringing your hands to your heart center,
And rubbing them together,
Creating some heat.
Rub,
Rub,
Rub,
Rub,
Rub,
Rub,
Rub.
And placing both hands onto your heart.
Feel that energy.
Feel that beautiful love pounding through your chest to your hands.
You are love.
You are an infinite being.
You matter.
You are worthy,
And you are here for a reason.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
Set an intention at the top of your breath for your day,
And slowly exhale.
Keep that intention at the front of your mind for your beautiful day today.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose.
Hold the breath at the top,
And slowly exhale.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
