Now is the time to get as comfortable as you possibly can laying down in your bed.

Remove any distractions,

Set yourself up for a beautiful,

Restorative,

Nourishing sleep.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes and take a really nice,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Hold the breath at the top and slowly exhale through your nose.

Breathe in again through your nose and this time on inhalation,

Tense every muscle in your body.

Keep it tense,

Hold it at the top and on this slow exhale,

Relax every muscle in your body.

Let's do that again.

Breathe it up,

Contract every muscle in your body.

Squeeze it tight,

Hold it and on the slow exhalation,

Let it go.

Feel yourself melt into your bed and allow your breath to fall into a natural rhythm.

In and out of your nose,

Gently close your lips.

You have arrived after your beautiful day.

Congratulate yourself on another day you showed up.

No matter what happened in your day,

It's all perfect.

Everything is unfolding exactly the way that it is supposed to for our highest good.

Anything that you didn't finish in your work or your personal life,

Let it go.

There's no need to carry that forward.

Any thoughts swirling around in your head,

Let them float on by like a cloud.

And come back to your breath.

Keep breathing deeply.

Any conversations that feel unresolved from today,

Choose to let them go.

Know that everything that happened today is for your growth,

Your evolution,

For your highest self.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

And now starting at your feet,

Making sure every muscle cell in your body,

Every tendon,

Every ligament,

Every inch of you is relaxed.

Begin at your feet,

Relaxing your feet,

Relaxing your shins and your calf muscles,

Your knees and backs of your knees,

Your thighs and the backs of your thighs,

Your pelvic area,

Your pelvic bowl,

Your buttocks,

Your hips,

Your womb,

Relax it.

Relax your abdomen.

Make sure you're not holding on.

Relax your lower back.

Relax your chest and your upper back.

And feel the bed supporting you,

Holding you.

Relax your shoulders,

Your entire arm and hands,

Let them melt into your bed.

Relax your neck,

Your face,

And your head.

Take a deep breath now,

And on the exhale,

Relax every cell in your body.

Keep breathing deeply and completely.

Elongate your breath,

Soften your breath.

Placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Turn the corners of your mouth up,

Giving yourself a smile,

And just repeating to yourself,

Either in your mind or out loud,

You are worthy of deep,

Restorative,

Nourishing rest.

And on the exhale,

Sigh it out.

Breathe in again,

Deeply into your belly,

Hold,

And sigh it out.

Ah,

Again,

Breathe in,

Hold,

And sigh it out.

Keep feeling that love pouring into yourself as you drift off to the most beautiful,

Deeply mind,

Body,

And soul nourishing sleep.
