Hello,

Thank you for joining us today.

Please go ahead and find a comfortable spot,

Whether it's sitting,

Lying down,

Taking a casual walk.

Just bring yourself into you,

Bring the comfort out.

Perhaps that means just allowing your shoulders to relax a bit,

Bringing your awareness to the muscles in your face and around your jaw,

Allowing that to flacken a bit,

Bringing your awareness to your neck,

And just allowing those muscles to relax.

And as you scan a bit more,

Bringing the awareness to the back,

Your shoulder blades,

Consciously bringing in the relaxation,

And even down to your belly,

Just bringing your awareness right there to your belly,

Below the belly button,

Actually the second chakra,

The gut,

Just feeling the relaxation there,

Bringing the awareness.

If you are in stillness,

Sitting or resting,

Bring your awareness to what is supporting you.

You might feel the support on your sitz bones,

On your back,

On the back of your legs.

And where are your feet?

Are they connecting with the earth?

Whether it's the heels or the heels and the balls of the feet,

Just bring your awareness.

And I invite you now to bring your awareness into your breath with each inhalation,

Bringing in the new,

The fresh,

The inspire.

And with each exhalation,

I invite you to really visualize it's a releasing of the stagnant,

The stuck,

The stillness,

The exhale,

The inhalation or inspire,

The exhalation or the expire.

And as you track your breath,

You may notice that the inhale becomes a little bit bigger,

A little bit longer,

Bringing in more new,

Fresh air.

And I invite you to allow that exhalation to get even a little bit longer,

A little bit deeper.

And when you think it's done,

Give a little extra push.

Because what we're doing is at an energetic level,

We are really awakening,

Waking up and shaking up.

So bringing in new energy,

The air,

And allowing and releasing,

Exhaling that which no longer serves us.

Now bringing your awareness back to your being,

That has a couple of parts.

Your energy being,

Your luminous energy field,

And people see that extension as all of us.

And also your physical being,

Your fingers,

Toes,

Knees,

Nose,

Head,

Skin,

Your bones,

Your nervous system.

So bringing the awareness back into the being,

I invite you once again to settle in,

Whatever that means and looks like and feels like to you,

To give yourself a nod of thanks to yourself for taking this time to really come to the present,

Your present,

Pushing off onto a shelf,

The past,

The future,

The worries,

The projects,

Anything,

Just anything that is outside of this present within your being,

Both your energy and your physical being.

So finish your thank you to yourself.

Hey,

This time is for me.

Okay.

So I invite you now in your mind,

So figuratively,

To step,

To step up,

To stand up wherever you are,

Again,

Figuratively.

And I invite you to just take a short walk.

And you're in a place that feels incredibly safe.

It actually feels quite beautiful.

And there's lightness around.

And yet,

It's new,

It's unexplored for you.

And up ahead of you,

You see a sandy area.

It's like an open space on the earth that is calling to you.

So you walk over,

You look at it,

And gosh,

You want to get your toes in it.

It's earth.

And it looks soft,

And it looks lovely,

And you want to put your toes on it.

So you take your shoes off,

You take your socks off,

You take anything that's on your feet,

Because you decided that,

You know,

Just walk around this space.

It's not too big.

And you start forward and put your first foot down,

And it feels lovely.

And so you bring your other foot and you start just walking around this area.

It's not too big,

But it's just perfect.

And the temperature feels just perfect.

And notice how it feels on your skin.

Your feet are sinking in just a little bit,

But there's a little bit of that earth.

Coming up,

Just on the edge,

We bed over onto the side of your feet.

You get to move your toes.

Tighten them,

Loosen them.

How does it feel?

Just be present.

The temperature is lovely.

And now I invite you to lift your head up and look around,

For there's nature all around you.

And while we're here,

We're going to invite you to look at the things right around you in nature and see,

Gosh,

Are there pieces that I could pick up and bring back to this area and build a circle?

So as you look around,

Start noticing and allow yourself to go over and pick up something that might be a part of this circle outline that you are going to create.

So what are the trees offering you?

What is the ground offering you?

So I invite you while you're here to go around and just pick these things up and as you get them,

Bring them back to this beautiful space that you have been walking barefoot on.

And as you're here listening to this guided journey,

I invite you to take these pieces,

These bits that Earth has given you and invite you to create a circle.

And once it's created,

I invite you to take a step back and look at it.

And if you're looking at that circle,

Let's say you're at the bottom of the face of a clock,

Maybe six o'clock,

And that circle is in front of you.

So what does this feel like right now?

And now I invite you to walk counterclockwise to that three o'clock mark and stop.

Take a step back and take a look.

What does my circle look like from this angle?

And now I invite you to move a little bit forward around that circle counterclockwise a quarter of the way.

You're going to stop at the top or 12 o'clock and turn and take a look.

Does it still look like a circle?

Look at what you created.

And now I invite you to continue that counterclockwise going to what would be the perceived nine o'clock and take a little bit of a step back and look in.

And just notice,

Just observe.

And when you observe,

Expand from that word,

Observe,

Not just with sight,

But with how does it feel?

Not just with how does it feel,

But how does it feel from within?

How does it feel from the outside?

So the essence and the physicality.

And now I invite you to go ahead and complete that walk around the circle you created,

Coming back to your origin,

Your start point,

Six o'clock.

All right.

So now we have a circle and we've looked at it from each aspect.

And when we choose to look at one thing from different sides,

We may see something different.

We may see something more.

We may see something shifted externally in the physicality and internally the essence.

So for example,

When you look at it from one way,

You look like a perfect circle.

And as you moved around it,

You may be looking at it,

Catching glimpses and snapping and looking full on and saying,

Ah,

Is it maybe more of an oval?

Nothing is right or wrong,

But the power of awareness that is coming to you at this moment about the way we perceive and how we can expand our understanding and our perception is quite powerful.

Hmm.

So while we are here at the bottom of the circle at the six o'clock,

I invite you to pause and just bring your awareness back to your breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

And now I invite you to take a big step into that circle.

This is your circle.

It may be big,

It may be small,

But just notice in your circle with your feet on this earth,

Whether it feels more sandy,

More loamy,

More gritty,

Just bring your awareness to how it feels in that circle and how your feet,

The soles of your feet feel on this earth.

And with your breath,

With the inhalation and through the nose and the exhalation through the mouth,

I invite you to plant your feet firmly about shoulders width apart with a slight bend in your knees.

And I invite you to bring your hands,

Palms together in front of your chest plate and slowly rising them up all the way as high as they can extend.

High,

High,

High as they can extend almost as if there is a string that you can try to reach that's just above.

And then I invite you to turn your hands,

Palms outwards,

The back of the fingers are touching each other and allow and bring that down.

Wide arms extended,

Bringing those arms,

Carrying them down all the way down around you as if you have just reached up into infinity,

Into the divine and opened up space.

And you are now expanding it around you and around your circle,

Around your creation.

And I invite you now,

Holding this comfortable position,

Allowing your hands either and arms to rest by your sides or holding them up with palms up slightly,

Whatever works for you.

I invite you to bring in a very big sense of gratitude.

Just allow gratitude,

Thank you,

Arigato,

Whatever way shape or form it comes to you.

But I invite you to bring it in and you may hear a word,

You may bring it in and start to feel the essence of thank you,

Of gratitude within you and play with it.

Allow it to just come and infuse your whole body,

Your whole essence.

Allow you to feel it to come down into the trunk,

Into your hips,

Into your legs,

All the way down.

Just such a deep gratitude of thank you.

And now,

As you stand with your feet anchored to the earth,

Your bare feet,

I invite you to allow that gratitude to go beyond the soles of your feet and into the earth.

And shifting your awareness to that gratitude,

Which you are actively allowing to go beyond the soles of your feet and bring that thank you into the earth.

Thank you,

Soil.

Thank you,

Rocks.

Thank you,

Seeds.

Thank you for the nitrogen,

For the microbes.

Thank you.

And allow that gratitude that gratitude to grow as roots,

Going deep down into the earth,

Into Pachamama,

Into Mother Earth,

Into this living,

Breathing planet.

And now bring your awareness to feel.

Are you feeling the energy?

Are you feeling a lengthening?

Are you feeling a light?

Are you feeling a pulsing?

Give thanks and gratitude to Mother Earth.

And now I invite you to go ahead and pull that gratitude and bring your awareness back to your being.

So in your mind's eye,

You have built a circle.

You are now inside that circle.

And there's the physicality of what you used from the earth that was right around you to build that circle.

And there is the energetic of that building,

That circle,

And the physicality of walking around and looking inward and realizing,

Wow,

Things have shifted.

So in this imaginal journey,

You have taken your physical body and created and you have walked around and you have brought in the internal essence and feeling of the experience.

So we're visiting different layers of our being in different layers of ourselves,

Bringing forward the gift of awareness,

Active presence,

And how that shifts everything.

Now I invite you to lift your head up imaginally.

And you're still in this environment.

Look around.

Did you use pine cones,

Flowers,

Grasses,

Sticks?

Whatever you used to build that circle,

I invite you to give gratitude.

Hey,

Thank you.

Hey,

Thank you for the very act of being there for you.

Hey,

Thank you.

And now I invite you to step,

When you're ready,

Back out of that circle.

Take a large inhale and a large exhale.

And I invite you,

I will be asking you to step into the circle one more time.

But before you do,

I invite you to bring your palms together right in front of your heart chakra and think about one question that you have,

Just one question.

And I invite you in your own mind's eye to state that question in its greatest simplicity.

And then step into the circle,

Back into that center,

Back into that center,

Your center that you have created.

And as you are in this sacred space,

Almost a,

Almost a ceremonial space,

Because of the attention and the effort,

You have stepped in and I ask you,

Ask yourself this question again.

Notice what you hear,

Or feel,

Or essence.

Allow it all to be and observe.

And now I invite you to step out and knowing that we will have to go back,

Choose one spot around that circle to walk to and turn around and look at your question in that circle.

Is there anything more being shared?

And when this is complete for you,

Just give a nod and a thank you and walk around back to that beginning at six o'clock point.

And now walk over to your shoes,

Your sandals,

Your socks and go ahead and dust those soles of your feet off,

Thanking the earth,

Thanking this whole experience and pull those back on.

And when you're ready,

Turn around and start your walk back to exactly where you are in your physical being.

And when you,

This aspect of you comes back to that physical being,

Step back in and say,

Wow,

Thank you for this journey.

Thank you for this time.

And as you're ready,

Take an inhalation and exhalation and begin to move so that you can then come forward and start your day.
