Bring yourself into a place that feels comfortable.

Invite your eyes to soften,

To close.

Begin to take comfort in the darkness behind your eyelids.

Invite a long,

Slow inhalation deep into your belly,

Releasing your exhale through the nose.

Invite your teeth to soften,

The tongue to slide away from the roof of your mouth.

And as you breathe out,

Feel your shoulders release down your spine.

Bring your body into a place that feels comforting,

Nurturing for where you are right now.

Let your hands rest either on your legs or down beside you if you're laying down.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Feel as the inhalation expands and cultivates space within your body,

Your exhalation slow and steady.

Inhale and your belly rises.

Exhale and your belly softens.

As your breath is guided out of your body,

Feel how your spine softens.

Feel your hips releasing and invite a heaviness into the bones,

Into your thighs.

Feel the kneecaps softening,

The ankles releasing.

Let every muscle through your feet soften.

Inhale and guide your breath deep into the belly.

Invite the exhalation to begin to carry away anything that is no longer of service to you.

Inhale to receive the breath.

Exhale to let go.

Inhale to let go.

If you find that your mind is full of creativity today,

Know that that's okay.

When arriving to stillness,

It is not about emptying the mind or suppressing how you feel.

Instead,

It is a time to return home,

To unveil the truth about how you are feeling and what you may be carrying.

As our awareness deepens with our breath,

So too does our compassion.

For we have so much love to give to the world around us.

So much love to give to those who we hold in our hearts.

And yet,

We are often the last person to receive our own love,

Our own forgiveness,

Our own compassion.

And so be gentle with yourself as your breath carries you deeper into the truth of who you are in this moment.

Giving permission to your heart to release and to forgive.

May your mistakes be your greatest gifts.

And may we give ourselves the forgiveness,

The compassion,

And the love that we so deserve to receive.

Inhale as your belly rises.

Inhale as your belly softens.

Inhale to receive.

Inhale to let go.

Know that in this moment,

In every single moment that lies in front of you,

That you are already enough,

Exactly as you are right now.

That in fact there is nothing to change.

There is only the invitation of compassion,

Love,

And the truth of who you are in this moment.

As you breathe in,

Silently say to yourself the word,

I am.

As you breathe out,

Say the word,

Enough.

Inhale,

I am.

Exhale,

Enough.

I am enough.

Notice how your body responds.

As you draw those words deep into the center of your psyche,

In the center of your being.

Know that if you encounter resistance that that's okay.

That is where we invite compassion.

Allowing us to simply be as we are in this moment.

And it is in this moment that you are already enough,

Exactly how you are right now.

Breathing in to receive.

Breathing out to let go.

Begin to bring your awareness back.

Without moving your body,

Just start to notice how you feel.

Check in with yourself.

Check in with your heart.

I am enough.

Begin to wiggle your toes,

Touching the thumb against each finger pad.

Take a long,

Slow drink of breath.

Open the mouth and let it all go.

Bring your palms to touch at your heart.

Begin to rub your hands back and forth to create heat and energy between your hands.

Once your palms are warm,

Place them over your eyes.

Warmth soothes your eyes all the way into the back of your skull.

Place your left hand on your heart,

The right hand over your belly.

Inhale to receive.

Exhale to let go.
