My name is Meghna Noreen with Divine Flow.
I am so pleased that you have decided to join me to align your life with your cycle.
If you would like to grab a journal and a pen,
We will be writing down four intentions that line up with each phase of your menstrual cycle,
Each inner season.
So go ahead and pause this recording so you can grab your journal or paper.
I want you to find a comfortable seated position either on the floor or in a chair.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Allow the breath to fill your belly and then exhale through the mouth,
Allowing all the air to release.
Inhale,
Expanding the belly,
And exhale,
Release,
Let go.
One last time,
Inhale through the nose till you are full,
And release,
Exhale,
All the air.
Come back to normal breathing.
Draw your awareness down to your womb space.
If you would like placing one or both of your hands over your womb to comfort her during this meditation.
We will begin with the inner winter season with our bleeding phase,
Our menstrual phase.
This phase is the foundation for the rest of the cycle.
How you treat yourself during this phase will set up how the rest of your cycle will unfold.
Bring your awareness into your womb.
You see that the ground is covered in pure white snow.
It is untouched,
Shimmering and shining on the surface.
You look in the distance and you see a cabin nestled in the woods.
And you begin to walk towards the cabin.
Everything is silent,
It's peaceful.
You open the door of the cabin,
You feel the warmth coming from the fire in the center.
You look around,
You see all of your favorite things.
You see your favorite books on the shelf.
You see your favorite clothes and blankets.
You go into the kitchen and you see your favorite foods already prepared.
Into the bathroom and you see a beautiful bubble bath.
The cabin feels so relaxing and comforting.
You sit and become cozy by the fire.
You're experiencing no pain during this phase.
Your body is soft and at peace.
As you take the time to retreat from all of the responsibilities and duties that you have and focus solely on taking care of yourself,
You are filled with gratitude.
You are filled with peace.
As it is time to go,
You walk to the door,
You walk outside.
You see that blood,
Blood from your womb has poured out onto the snow.
It is the most brilliant red vibrant color.
You see in the snow there is a word.
It is connected to how you are feeling.
What is that word?
What is written in the snow with your blood?
How are you feeling?
Go ahead and pause the meditation and write down what word came to you in the snow.
We are moving now into the inner spring phase,
The pre ovulation phase.
As your awareness comes back to your womb space,
Comes back to your cabin in the snow,
You watch as the Sun comes up over the horizon.
The warmth of the Sun on your face,
Your energy is rising slowly as you begin to emerge from the cocoon of the cabin.
You look down and you see the snow turning to water as it melts away into the ground.
You see the soil through the snow as it's melting away.
You see little small shoots of grass beginning to grow.
The snow has disappeared.
You look around.
It's an open field.
It's covered in grass and wild flowers are beginning to blossom.
You have an urge to skip and jump as you roll in the field of grass and flowers.
You feel like a child carefree with no worries.
You become curious as to what lies ahead of you and with an innocence you begin to explore.
As you're exploring,
You find a well.
It's well deep with fresh clear water.
As you draw the bucket up,
You see there's a word reflected on the top of the water.
What is that word?
How are you feeling?
What is your womb saying?
You may now pause to write down your word for inner spring.
We will now move into the inner summer,
Our ovulatory phase.
Bring your awareness back into your womb space.
As you continue to explore,
You see in the distance there is a large tent you hear music playing.
As you get closer,
You begin to recognize faces.
You see your loved ones,
Your friends,
Those you care deeply about.
You are so excited to connect and join with everybody that you run to greet them.
You feel your energy rising to connect deeply with people and spend time laughing and enjoying life together.
You are filled with optimism and positivity as you talk and connect with those that you love.
The generosity is flowing as you freely give of yourself and others give to you.
And as you connect deeply to those around you,
You also feel your sexual energy rising.
This is a time to celebrate,
Celebrate all of the wonderful and good things that are in the world.
This party is for you.
It is to celebrate who you are.
It is to celebrate the love people have for you just because you are.
You have found your flow.
Everything is connecting and working together for your good.
You feel the pleasure from the center of your being radiating outward.
You are feeling the warmth and the love surrounding you.
You are filled with pleasure and gratitude.
As you come to the center of the gathering,
You see the flowers have blossomed into a word.
What is this word?
How do you feel?
I'm going to pause this meditation again to write down your word for inner summer.
You're moving our awareness into the inner autumn season,
To our pre-menstrual season.
Bring your awareness back down into your womb space.
Let her know that she is safe.
There are still some people around as the party begins to wind down,
But you know it is time to draw back.
You clearly tell them it's time to go home.
You're firm with your boundaries in protecting your space and your womb.
Say goodbye as people leave and return to where they came from.
Feel the air begin to cool.
There's a crispness in the air.
You hesitate for a moment as you contemplate the previous seasons.
You wonder,
Did you do something wrong?
Did you make a mistake?
Were you good enough?
This is your inner critic.
And as you build your boundaries stronger,
You tell her that you are enough,
Just because you are.
You look around and you see the leaves begin to turn orange,
Yellow,
Red.
You see the cabin in the distance,
And you're longing to go back to that place.
So you begin to walk and you hear the crunching of the leaves beneath your feet.
The cooling of the air on your face.
And everything begins to become clear.
Your intuition is coming through.
Those questions that you have had,
That you have been wondering,
The answers are coming.
It is clear to you how you have grown through this cycle.
It is clear to you what is in need of being released.
So as you walk back to the cabin,
You are shedding your skin of the last cycle.
You reach the cabin,
You're sitting on the front porch,
Enjoying the leaves falling around you.
You look down and you see the leaves have formed a word on the ground.
What is that word?
How are you feeling?
You can pause this meditation to write down your word for inner autumn.
Bring your awareness back into your body,
Back into your womb space.
Put both of your hands on your womb and thank her for how she has revealed herself to you.
Take a deep breath through the nose,
Allowing the breath to go the whole way down to the womb space.
Exhale,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Inhale through the nose,
Allowing the breath to reach the womb.
And release,
Exhaling,
Letting go.
And inhale deeply through the nose,
Allowing your belly and your womb to expand.
And exhale,
Letting it all go.
The beauty of a cycle is that they continue.
Each phase that you go through in the cycle,
From inner winter,
Spring,
Summer,
And autumn,
You have a chance to go deeper and gain more insight into who you are and who you can be,
Your true,
Authentic self.
