Meditation Timer OnlineMeghan Marr is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, yoga teacher, and mother who specializes in helping women understand and work with their nervous systems. Her approach blends nervous system education, mindfulness, somatic practices, attachment theory, and yoga to help people move out of survival mode and into greater connection with themselves. Meghan believes that many of the struggles women experience, overwhelm, anxiety, irritability, disconnection, self-doubt, and burnout, make sense when viewed through the lens of the nervous system. Through guided meditations, gentle practices, and compassionate teaching, she helps listeners build awareness of their internal experiences, develop greater emotional regulation, and create more capacity for the realities of everyday life. Her work is especially supportive for mothers navigating the demands of caregiving while trying to stay connected to themselves. Meghan’s intention is to offer a space that feels grounding, approachable, and deeply human, a place where people can slow down, feel understood, and remember that they don’t have to do it all alone.
