Welcome friends,

You belong here.

Please position yourself comfortably either seated or laying down.

As you settle in,

Allow your spine to be long so your breath and energy may flow more freely.

Gently and softly close your eyes.

I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose,

Allow it to fill you completely and then release it with a sigh out your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in deeply and fully through your nose and when you're ready,

Follow that with a complete exhale out your mouth.

As you inhale,

Pull in that life force and fresh energy.

As you exhale,

Let go of any old stale air.

Breathe in deeply again and release as you breathe out.

Continue with a long cleansing inhale followed by an even longer cleansing exhale.

One more time with my guidance,

Breathe in and feel your belly rise,

Feel your ribs spread and your heart lift.

As you breathe out,

Allow yourself to release.

At your own pace,

Continue to breathe deeply and steadily.

Each inhale an opportunity to receive new energy and each exhale an opportunity to let go of what you no longer need.

I invite you to imagine a beautiful white healing light at your heart center,

That sacred space at the center of your chest.

With each breath,

Allow that light to get stronger and brighter.

Give yourself permission to open your heart to receive.

I wish all the happiness for you.

I wish that you never have to suffer.

I wish that you know you are always loved.

I wish that you know you are never alone.

Continue to breathe and give yourself a moment to feel that loving energy.

As you anchor into that high vibrational feeling,

Imagine that beautiful white healing light expanding from your heart center and filling you from the inside out.

You are now enveloped in that love and high vibrational energy.

I invite you to repeat the following to yourself or out loud.

May I be happy.

May I be happy.

May I be safe.

May I be safe.

May I be healthy.

May I be healthy.

May I be at peace.

May I be at peace.

Now imagine someone you love so deeply.

Picture them in your mind's eye and repeat the following to yourself or out loud.

May you and I be happy.

May you and I be happy.

May you and I be safe.

May you and I be safe.

May you and I be healthy.

May you and I be healthy.

May you and I be at peace.

May you and I be at peace.

Now imagine you,

The person you love,

And all of humankind.

May I and everyone be happy.

May I and everyone be happy.

May I and everyone be safe.

May I and everyone be safe.

May I and everyone be healthy.

May I and everyone be healthy.

May I and everyone be at peace.

May I and everyone be at peace.

Continue those deep cleansing breaths.

Feel that loving energy you've created for yourself and for others.

Embrace that connection to yourself and to others.

And welcome the abundance of compassion,

Kindness,

And love that is available for you always.

Take another deep cleansing breath.

Allow yourself to fill up with that love,

That kindness,

And that compassion.
