Welcome,

Friend.

This meditation is intended to help you reset your mindset,

Feel more relaxed,

And align with what matters to you.

I invite you to be in a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

With your spine long,

So create more space from your tailbone to the top of your head.

That will allow your breath and your energy to flow more freely.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Fill up completely,

And then sigh out your mouth.

Inhale again through your nose,

And follow that with a deep exhale out your mouth.

As you breathe in again,

Let your belly rise,

Your ribs spread,

And your heart lift.

Then sigh it all out.

Inhale and pull in that prana,

That life force.

Follow that with an exhale that releases some physical tension.

Let this next inhale be your deepest one yet.

When you're ready,

Exhale fully and completely.

One more time with my guidance,

Take a deep cleansing inhale,

And then a deep cleansing exhale.

Continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

And place one hand over your heart.

I invite you to set an intention for your day.

Allow it to be something positive,

A feeling or a state of being that you are seeking.

You may create an I am statement followed by your intention.

Take another deep breath and focus on your intention.

Let your focus crowd out any distracting thoughts.

On your next inhale,

Imagine filling all of your trillions of cells with your intention.

When you exhale,

Release any resistance.

Repeat that.

Breathe in and fill yourself with your intention,

And then breathe out and release resistance.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine that your intention is already your reality.

On your next inhale,

Fill yourself with that high vibration.

Give yourself permission to feel your intention as you continue to breathe deeply and steadily.

Say your intention or I am statement to yourself three times.

Each time,

Imagine your inhale strengthens your intention and your exhale releases any obstacles.

Reconnect to your hand on your heart and take another deep cleansing breath.

Allow that connection to solidify your commitment to your intention.

Take a few more deep inhales through your nose and follow each one with a deep sigh out your mouth.

And my heart to yours,

Wonderful and quick meditation when you need to reset your mentality. Great for when you take a break from working in the middle of the day!!
