I invite you to lengthen your spine so your breath and energy can flow more freely and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Fill yourself up completely.
At the top of that breath open your mouth and sigh out.
Again take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feel your belly rise,
Your ribs spread and your heart lift and when you're ready open your mouth let it all go.
One more time together,
Breathe in deeply,
Fill up with that life force,
That prana,
That fresh air and then completely let that breath go.
