Transcript

This is a relaxation meditation.

We are going to be softening tension and opening up to our breath.

Let's begin.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Another deep breath in and out.

And as you are taking these deep breaths,

Feel your breath move through your body.

Big breath in and out.

Noticing your body and any areas of tension.

Feeling your body on the support you're on.

And as you continue taking these deep breaths,

Feel your body softening and allow your breath to move to the areas of tension in your body.

With each inhale,

Feel the breath move to those areas expanding in those areas.

And with each exhale,

Feel your attention softening.

Notice your breath.

Notice how your body is feeling.

Notice your body's heaviness on the surface you're on.

You are exactly where you need to be right now.

There's nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to be doing.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Focus on this moment.

Focus on your breath.

If you notice your mind wandering,

Continue to bring it back to your breath.

Allow your breath to move through your body.

Breathing in and out like the ocean waves going in and out.

With each inhale,

Life moving through your body.

And with each exhale,

The tension softening and moving through.

Continue taking deep breaths in and out.

Noticing your body.

Noticing any areas of tension still in your body and allowing so much breath into those areas.

And as you are taking deep breaths in,

The last few breaths really allow yourself to notice how your body is feeling.

And in the moment,

We are going to be returning and opening up your eyes if they were closed.

Breathing in and out like the ocean waves going in and out.
