As safety begins to grow, your internal world can begin to feel more spacious. Today’s session is about expanding your capacity—not by pushing yourself to feel more, but by helping your nervous system remain present with sensation, emotion and stillness without becoming overwhelmed. You will be guided to notice neutral and supportive sensations before gently widening your awareness. This teaches the body that it can stay open without becoming flooded, and that it can experience more without losing its sense of steadiness. Expansion does not need to feel dramatic. It may simply feel like a little more room to breathe. Optional journal prompt: Where in my body or awareness did I notice more space, steadiness, or tolerance today?
