Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Exhaling slowly.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to relax more deeply.

Do this for a few moments.

I want you to bring your attention to your toes.

Imagine a warm,

Soothing sensation spreading through each toe,

Releasing all tension.

Feel this relaxation moving up through your feet,

Your ankles,

And your calves.

Allow this relaxation to flow up through your legs,

Into your hips,

And up into your abdomen and chest.

With each breath,

Feel the relaxation expanding.

And now from your fingertips,

Up through your arms,

And your shoulders.

Relaxing more and more with each breath.

Your neck relaxes now.

Your jaw,

If you're clenching your jaw,

Just release it,

And feel the relaxation spread.

Your cheeks.

Now imagine yourself in a place of perfect calm and tranquility.

This place can be real or imaginary,

But it should be a location where you feel completely safe and at ease.

Feel the sensations of relaxation and peace washing over you as you immerse yourself in this serene environment.

Let go of any tension or anxiety.

In a moment,

I'm going to count from 1 to 20.

And at the count of 20,

You will be in a deep,

Relaxed state.

Be in this serene and beautiful,

Peaceful place as I begin to count.

1,

Feeling good,

Feeling relaxed.

2,

3,

Completely at ease.

4,

5,

6,

7,

8,

And 10.

Halfway there,

Feeling so good,

So relaxed.

11,

12,

Deeper and deeper into relaxation.

13,

14,

Feeling calm,

Feeling good.

15,

16,

Completely relaxed,

Completely at ease.

17,

18,

19,

And finally 20.

You are now in a deep,

Relaxed state.

I want you to now think about the specific aspects of flying that trigger your fear.

Is it the take-off,

The turbulence,

Or the feeling of being confined?

Allow these thoughts to surface.

Now let's examine the beliefs and thoughts associated with your fear.

Are there any past experiences or stories you've told yourself about flying that contribute to your fear?

Allow these thoughts to surface without judgment.

I want you now to recognize that your fear is based on thoughts and beliefs that may not be serving you well.

It's time to challenge and reframe these beliefs.

It is now time to release your fear of flying.

You trust in the safety measures and expertise of the airline.

You are capable of handling any situation that might arise during a flight.

I now want you to imagine yourself at the airport,

Feeling calm and relaxed,

As you check in and you go through security.

Visualize the entire flight process,

From boarding to landing,

With a sense of ease and confidence.

Feel the fear gradually diminishing.

I'm now going to give you a series of suggestions that you are going to take into your daily life.

Allow them to penetrate your subconscious.

You now release your fear of flying and embrace the feeling of safety and security when you travel by air.

You trust in the expertise of flight crew and the safety measures in place.

Flying is a safe and efficient mode of transportation and you are calm and confident during your journeys.

You are in control of your thoughts and emotions when you fly.

You choose to focus on positive and calming thoughts.

You are capable of managing any anxiety or fear that arises,

Knowing that you can enjoy the experience of flying with ease.

You embrace the freedom that comes with flying.

You love the sensation of being in the sky and witnessing the world from above.
