Today, we gently begin to downshift from survival mode. When the nervous system has spent a long time on alert, softening can feel unfamiliar. Part of you may believe that staying tense, prepared, or watchful is what keeps you safe. This session will guide you through breath awareness, muscle release, and gentle pacing to help your body lower its guard without shutting down or losing awareness. We are not slamming on the brakes. We are simply easing your foot away from the accelerator and allowing your system to discover that it can move from high alert into something steadier. Optional journal prompt: Where in my body do I notice bracing or alertness that may no longer be needed right now?
