Today is about arrival. When your nervous system has been activated for a long time, it may not immediately respond to words of reassurance. It needs an experience of safety—something your body can feel and begin to trust. This grounding session will help you orient to the present moment, notice the support beneath you, and gently register that nothing is required of you right now. You do not need to relax perfectly. You do not need to clear your mind or feel anything dramatic. Your only job is to arrive and allow your body to receive one small piece of evidence that, in this moment, you are safe enough. Optional journal prompt: Where in my body did I feel even the slightest sense of support, settling, or neutrality today?
