The start of a new day,

But maybe you're feeling a little heavy,

Tired,

Like you don't quite want to emerge yet.

Let's gently awaken your flowing energy,

Starting by taking some deep breaths all the way down into your lower belly.

Give yourself a grounding cord if you choose to start the day to feel supported by the earth beneath you.

Going inward to your heart center,

Dropping in,

Feeling the quiet space where energy wants to gently awaken,

And sit here with yourself.

You're here,

Alive in this moment,

Even if the energy feels sluggish.

You can fill yourself with some compassion for exactly where you are right now.

And as you observe,

Imagine a forest with tall trees protecting a natural spring that bubbles up from the earth.

This spring is filled with cleansing water from Mother Earth.

As you take a breath,

Walk into this spring and feel it hold you as it washes away the heavy,

Sluggish energy with some tender,

Loving care,

Inviting anything you would like more of,

Maybe some ease,

Patience,

Confidence,

Compassion,

And feel it move through your whole body,

Reaching your fingers and toes.

And taking a deep breath,

On the exhale,

Let this gentle flowing energy expand as far as you can imagine.

This soft stream of energy touching everything you do,

See,

Hear,

Feel,

Or even smell today.

Moving through you and beyond you with some natural ease.

Alright,

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Maybe get a good stretch or a yawn in.

Come back and take a deep breath.

Live your day connected to this gentle energy you have awakened inside of yourself today.
