Welcome.

Mindfulness meditation is a simple practice that helps reduce stress,

Enhances self-awareness,

And creates inner peace.

The goal is to be in the present moment without judgment or being distracted.

This meditation is perfect for anyone seeking to bring a moment of bliss into your day.

Find a quiet space and come into any grounding position that feels comfortable for you.

Close your eyes and begin to notice your breathing.

With every inhale and exhale,

Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

And now I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And then exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Repeat this a few times,

Gradually allowing your breath to settle into the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Focus solely on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body as you inhale through the nose,

Hold,

And then exhale slowly.

And now I want you to shift your attention to the present moment and noticing any sensations in your body,

The sounds around you,

Or the feeling of the temperature on your skin.

Thoughts arise.

Acknowledge them without judgment and gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Or the sensations in your body.

I want you to spend a couple of minutes focusing on something you are grateful for.

It could be a loved one,

A recent experience,

Or even this moment of stillness.

Allow these feelings of gratitude to begin to fill your mind.

And gradually bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Rise slowly and take a moment to notice how you feel.

Stretch your body gently and prepare to continue your day with a sense of calm and mindfulness.

Feel free to repeat this meditation daily to cultivate a deeper sense of present moment awareness and relaxation.

Thank you all for meditating with me today.

Namaste
