Hello,

Friend.

We are here together to embrace a moment of gratitude.

Find a quiet place for yourself and gently close your eyes.

Let us get grounded in this moment by focusing on the sensation of our breath.

Relax and release any tension in your body.

Your shoulders soften and your core eases and lets go of any stress all the way down to your toes.

Appreciate the power of your breath.

Feeling your breath moving in and out of your body.

Connect fully to your awareness.

If you find your mind wandering,

Let your thoughts drift by and gently return your focus to your breath.

Feel the acceptance of the universe.

Allowing your inner light to gently embrace you.

Filling you with the knowledge that gratitude is a space filled with peace.

Now take a moment to ask yourself,

Who or what do I appreciate in my life?

What is the first person,

Thing or experience that comes to mind?

You may have many things to be grateful for,

But in this moment bring your attention to the one person,

Thing or experience that presented itself to you.

Picture this one person,

Thing or experience in your mind.

What are you feeling?

What sensations do you notice in your body?

Explore all the reasons why you are grateful for this person or thing in your life.

Now say,

I am grateful for this moment.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for all the things my body does for me.

I am grateful for all the things my mind does for me.

I am grateful for all the people that assist me.

And I am grateful for my spirit shining light on my perfect path.

Thank yourself for being aware,

Open and practicing this self care today.

Take a moment to fully appreciate the support that you have given yourself.
