Who or what do I appreciate in my life?
What is the first person,
Thing or experience that comes to mind?
You may have many things to be grateful for,
But in this moment bring your attention to the one person,
Thing or experience that presented itself to you.
Picture this one person,
Thing or experience in your mind.
What are you feeling?
What sensations do you notice in your body?
Explore all the reasons why you are grateful for this person or thing in your life.
Now say,
I am grateful for this moment.
I am grateful for my life.
I am grateful for all the things my body does for me.
I am grateful for all the things my mind does for me.
I am grateful for all the people that assist me.
And I am grateful for my spirit shining light on my perfect path.
