Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Today's meditation is a very powerful manifestation meditation.
We are going to call forth a desire and bring it through each chakra from our star chakra,
Crown chakra,
Third eye all the way down to our earth chakra.
Our earth chakra is below our feet that is connected to mother earth.
So we are going to plant this desire,
This seed and give it to her to help us manifest it.
And so when you are ready begin to settle down,
Just breathing in and breathing out and I will guide you through all of this.
And with each breath out just surrendering just a little more,
Allowing your system to relax,
To feel safe and centered.
Surrendering expectations and thoughts and worries right now.
Just being present with your breath as best as you can.
Relaxing just a little more and allowing yourself to feel your energy.
Connect to your life force,
Connect to who you really are.
Just to remind you that you are energy,
You are a spiritual being having a human experience.
And above all you are infinite,
You also possess infinite potential within you.
And so now beginning to connect to that energy,
To that desire,
To that seed,
That intention.
Expanding your awareness beyond you,
Connecting yourself to the energy of the universe and letting go of your body,
Letting go of your limitations.
Reminding yourself that you are one and that you are connected to all.
And so calling forth this desire,
Connecting to it deeply and powerfully.
So what does this desire mean to you and how will this desire impact your life and the life of others?
How will this desire change you from the inside out?
And when you find it,
I want you to see it,
Connect with it and give it a shape and a color.
Allow it to turn into its full energy form and turn it into a beautiful seed or a diamond.
And so seeing this seed,
This intention floating high,
High above you in the universe.
We now call forth your spiritual team and your angels to assist us in manifesting and birthing this desire into our reality.
And so visualize now around you a celestial circle of white divine light.
This circle creates a container around you,
Allowing you to connect with ease and flow.
Immediately you feel a sense of activation.
And from this beautiful celestial white light the energies begin to merge towards you,
Connecting with you and surrounding you.
Releasing all blocks,
All fears and all toxicity,
Allowing to cleanse your energy field and your aura.
And this energy moves up,
Up towards the top of your head,
Shooting up into the sky and connecting now to that seed.
This allows you to have a direct channel and ready now to call it down into you.
And so with the assistance of your spiritual team we will begin calling down this seed,
Moving it down,
Down,
Down.
And slowly and gently this seed enters and connects to your star chakra.
Your star chakra is above your crown chakra and it is called the star chakra because it looks like a star.
It gently now moves into your star chakra,
Allowing it to connect and receive the energies of your star chakra.
Your star chakra is your life path,
Your destiny,
Your north node.
Your purpose and your destination in this lifetime.
And so allow these energies to seep into the seed,
Connect with it and become one with it,
Allowing this seed to become a part of your life purpose.
Seeing the light force of that chakra entering that seed and feeding that seed and activating it.
Allowing it now to grow and align fully with your star chakra.
Taking a deep breath in and now inviting that seed to move down,
Down,
Down into your crown chakra,
Just above your head.
This chakra is the color purple and it is your connection to the universe and all.
And so allowing the universe to align and your chakra to align to the seed.
Seeing that beautiful purple energy entering that seed and activating it and empowering it.
Just sitting with this and allowing all to align perfectly,
Giving the universe complete power to invite synchronicities.
Allowing the universe to help you tap into the field of infinite possibilities so that you can align with this desire completely.
And now inviting that seed to move down,
Down into your third eye chakra.
This is the color indigo.
This chakra is your intuition,
Your inner vision and your ability to foresee.
And so inviting the energies of this chakra to merge into this seed and connect with it.
Allowing your intuition,
Your inner vision to align perfectly with it.
Inviting in inspiration,
Inviting in guidance and clarity.
And so activating this seed and aligning completely with it,
Slowly,
Slowly becoming one with it.
And now the seed moves down,
Down,
Down into your throat chakra.
This is the color blue,
Your truth,
The way that you speak to yourself,
To others and the universe.
And so inviting the energy of this chakra to merge with this seed,
Inviting you to speak words that align with this desire,
Align with the universe and align with others.
Reminding you that your words are spells and so using your words that are empowering and activating.
And so letting now these energies merge into one and activate.
And now the seed moves down,
Down,
Down into your heart chakra.
This is the color green,
The color of abundance,
The color of nature.
This chakra is the energy of love,
The love for yourself,
The love for the universe,
The love for all and the love of one.
And so allowing the energies of this chakra to enter that seed,
To activate it,
To empower it.
And inviting yourself to align your desire,
Your love with this seed.
Falling in love with this desire,
Falling in love with your intention and falling in love with yourself.
And saying yes,
Saying yes to receiving that love,
That intention and that desire back.
Aligning your heart completely and seeing those energies becoming one.
And now gently and slowly that seed moves down,
Down into your solar plexus.
This is the color yellow.
This chakra represents your self-worth,
Your boundaries and your self-esteem.
And so inviting those energies to merge into that seed,
Allowing you to reactivate your sense of self.
Reminding yourself that you are one with the universe and therefore you are completely worthy.
There is nothing you need to do to be worthy.
Allowing yourself,
Your purpose,
Who you are to fully align with this desire.
Removing self-doubt or any parts of you that do not align with this desire.
Saying yes and receiving now.
And now that seed moves down,
Down into your sacral chakra.
Just beneath your belly button.
This chakra is the color orange.
And so allowing these energies now to enter and merge that seed,
Activating it.
This chakra is your self-expression,
Your creativity,
Your pleasure and your sexuality.
And so allowing yourself to enjoy and feel and express this desire fully without limitations.
Freeing yourself completely and inviting it,
Allowing it.
And now this chakra moves down,
Down into your base chakra in your groin area.
This chakra is the color red.
This chakra is your belonging to your tribe,
To this reality,
Your sense of safety and security,
Your foundation.
And so allowing these energies now to merge into that seed,
Allowing it to activate it so that you feel safe in your desire.
You feel safe in this world by creating this wish.
Allowing you to build a powerful,
Strong,
Worthy foundation.
Inviting also all of those that are part of your reality to support you in this journey,
In this manifestation.
And now feeling those energies merge into one and when you're ready we're going to move that seed now down,
Down,
Down.
Into the ground underneath us and gently merge into our earth chakra.
Giving this chakra to Mother Earth now,
Allowing it to merge into this energy,
Becoming one with it.
Allowing us now to plant this seed and connect to this reality.
Today we give you this seed Mother Earth and we invite you to do what you know best.
And when you are ready allow this seed now to open,
To bloom and to anchor itself into Mother Earth.
Trusting that now this seed is planted into this reality and all you have to do is love it,
Nurture it.
And so taking a moment now to just be with this,
To accept and to be in gratitude for what is to come.
Thank you Mother Earth,
Thank you spiritual team and thank you self.
And so now it's time,
Time to return.
So take a moment to just slowly,
Slowly begin to bring yourself back.
That beautiful circle of white light gently fades away,
Allowing you to return back.
Feel your body,
Feel your breath.
When you're ready begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
And when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
