This is Mars and welcome to another edition of Meditate With Mars.
In this edition,
We're just going to take some deep breaths,
Allow ourselves to calm,
Allow ourselves to be at ease,
And allow ourselves to understand who we are,
What we are,
And why we're here.
Now,
What I want you to do is,
Right now,
I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nostrils,
Filling your lungs,
Filling your belly,
Before you exhale,
Releasing it all out.
Again,
Let's take a deep breath in through our nostrils,
Filling our lungs,
Filling our belly,
Before we exhale,
Release.
And I invite you to breathe one more time,
Inhaling through your nostrils,
Exhale for me.
Exhaling for me.
Continue breathing at your own natural pace,
Allowing yourself to be at ease,
Allowing yourself to just relax.
Releasing that tension in your shoulders as you allow them to fall to your side,
Releasing the tension from your jaw as you unclench it and unfurl your brow.
And just allow yourself to be at ease,
Letting your mind wander for just a moment,
As you understand who you are,
Where you are,
And what you are,
Knowing that you are a king or you are a queen.
You are love,
You are guided,
And you are guiding.
Be at ease as you continue to breathe,
Inhaling positivity,
Exhaling negativity.
Whether you're driving,
Sitting,
Whatever you're doing,
Whatever you're doing,
Just allow your mind to be at ease.
Allow the thoughts to flow as you let yourself go.
You are love,
You are loved,
You are peace.
