Hello and welcome to another session of Meditate With Mars.

This session will talk about the gift of gratitude.

I want to welcome you and invite you to close your eyes or avert your gaze if you can't close your eyes.

I invite you to get into a nice comfortable position.

Seated,

Standing,

Lying down,

However it's comfortable for you.

And if you're driving or you're in a space where you can't lie down or close your eyes,

It's okay.

Just do your best to allow yourself to be at ease.

As we begin,

I invite you to take a deep breath in.

And a slow breath out.

That's a deep breath in.

Slow breath out.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Receiving the gift of this moment.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing anything that does not serve you.

Now bring your awareness back to your heart.

Notice the rhythm.

Notice the miracle.

This breath,

This heartbeat,

This life,

All of it is a blessing.

Gratitude is a doorway to abundance.

When we say thank you for what we already have,

We create space for even more to flow.

Again,

When we say thank you for what we already have,

We create space for even more to flow.

So I invite you to breathe in and silently say,

Thank you for this breath.

Breathe out and silently say,

Thank you for this body.

Inhale again,

Thank you for this moment.

Exhale,

Thank you for this life.

Feel how gratitude softens you,

Expands you,

Heals you.

Feel how it raises your spirit,

Reminding you that every little thing is a miracle.

Now repeat after me and say these words within to yourself or aloud.

I am grateful for this breath.

I am grateful for this body.

I am grateful for love seen and unseen.

I am grateful for the journey unfolding.

I am grateful for all that I am.

I am grateful for this breath.

I am grateful for this body.

I am grateful for love seen and unseen.

I am grateful for the journey unfolding.

I am grateful for all that I am.

Rest here.

Let your whole being radiate with thankfulness.

For gratitude turns the ordinary into sacred and reminds us everything is already enough.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Bring yourself back to a sense of awareness.

As I invite you to carry this gratitude with you.

Let it shine through your words,

Your actions,

And your presence.

Because you,

You are blessed.

You are abundant.

You are divine.

You are blessed.

You are abundant.

You are divine.

I want to thank you for taking the time to meditate with me today.

I ask that you go forth in peace,

Love,

And understanding.

Knowing that gratitude and gratefulness brings abundance.

Love,

Peace,

And understanding.

Ase.
