Feel free to listen to it on your way to work,
When settling into your workspace,
Or while you're getting ready.
You may choose to repeat each affirmation after me out loud or in your head.
Before we begin,
Take a nice cleansing breath in and out,
Letting out any stale air and getting ready to take in fresh air and new thoughts as you start your day.
Give yourself thanks and grace for taking these few minutes to do something kind for yourself.
Now we'll begin.
Positive affirmations to start your workday.
I connect to my breath when I need to feel grounded.
I take the time to breathe before I react.
I allow myself to say no when my intuition says so.
I am productive.
When I don't know something,
I take a moment to breathe.
I am connected to my higher state of consciousness.
I am focused.
I surrender to the things I cannot control.
I make difficult decisions with courage and grace.
I am constantly evolving.
