Hope can be elusive when facing challenges. Hope enables us to see through the darkness. Whatever we are facing, we will move through this. We will come out the other side. Hope keeps us believing in better times ahead. Hope keeps us looking forward and optimistic. This meditation clears the fears that obscure hope. Transcript
Sit comfortably,
Close your eyes,
Turn your palms up,
Be aware of your breathing.
Be aware of your body as your breath comes in and out.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Take a big breath in,
Releasing and relaxing into your space.
Be aware of your physical body,
Relaxing your head,
Relaxing any tension over your scalp,
Around your eyes,
Around your mouth.
Relax,
Relaxing your shoulders and your upper back,
Relaxing your lower body.
Inhale,
Breathing out and down through your body.
Relax,
Breathing in through the top of your head,
Down through your body,
Out hands and feet and into the earth.
Be aware of the earth below you and be aware of nature around you.
Be aware or bring to mind a place in nature that you love and send love from your heart to this place in nature.
And now receive,
Feel the response from nature.
Be aware.
Breathing in and relax.
Allow your breath to become slow,
Smooth and soft.
Bring your focus to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra and sending your focus up from here straight up above you,
Through the sky,
Out through the starry night and way,
Way,
Way out into the cosmos,
Out to the infinite light beyond.
Stretch your imagination.
And we're going to hold this beautiful white light down to us with your inhalation.
So breathing in and the light flows down gracefully in through our crown chakra on the top of our head,
Down through our heart chakra,
Down through the rest of our body,
Out face chakra and into the earth below.
Breathing up from the earth,
Bringing the light back up through our body and back out through the top of our head,
Back to the source of the light,
Invite the light back down as we inhale.
It moves through our body and down into the earth,
Calling the light back up.
Be aware of any sensation as it passes through our body,
Up and out through our crown chakra and back out into the cosmos,
Calling the light in.
Light travels down through our body and down into the earth below,
Gifting it back up,
All the way up and out,
Back to the light and yearn for more light,
Calling it into us,
Calling it down,
Strengthening our pillar of light down into the earth,
Gifted up,
Giving up and for the last time we bring the light down just to the level of our heart chakra,
Let it soften our hearts,
Opening our hearts a little more and I invite you to call on any spiritual guide you'd like to call on,
Any teacher,
As long as they are for our highest good and love us unconditionally.
And may this meditation bring us hope.
Inhale and relax.
Being aware of how we are feeling right now,
Being aware of any negativity that might be flowing through our mind or body or emotions.
We're just going to release that negativity now.
I release all negative emotions,
Negative thoughts and beliefs,
Negative judgments,
Negative vibrations from my mind,
Body and energy field now.
Inhale and breathe out,
Letting go from everywhere.
Just letting go.
As we sweep that negativity out of our being and if you're aware of any stress that you're experiencing at the moment,
We're going to release some of that now.
I release all the stress and anxiety thoroughly and completely.
Inhale and breathe out through the top of your head,
Crown chakra,
Letting go any stress,
Any anxiety,
Breathing it out through your crown chakra,
Opening yourself up more to the possibility of energy and light to flow in,
To assist us,
To open our hearts more.
Just resting in your heart chakra or your heart space.
And now we're going to release all fears that close down our heart or prevent us from feeling more love or bringing more love into our lives.
Inhale and releasing from heart chakra,
Just letting go of all the fears that override and close us off to love,
Giving or receiving.
Fears can get in the way.
Just breathing in and breathing out of the back of your heart.
Beautiful.
Let's loosen things up nicely.
So let's open ourselves up to more hope.
I release all fear that is closing down my vision of the future.
And all trust and faith I have in the future.
Inhale and breathing out through Ajna chakra,
In the middle of your forehead,
Between your eyebrows.
Breathing in and releasing from Ajna chakra between your eyebrows.
I release all fears that cloud my perception of the future.
Inhale,
Breathing out through Ajna chakra again.
So part of having hope is being able to look to the future,
To look to the future with trust or faith that there will be better times to come.
So just breathing into Ajna chakra,
Allowing the light to flow in here,
Giving ourselves the best opportunity to have hope,
To look forward to.
Let's ask for some optimism for the future and breathe that into Ajna chakra.
Taking it in nice and deep into the chakra and then relax.
Optimism.
We need optimism in the face of adversity.
So if times are tough and it's hard to see our way forward,
Or we've had many disappointments,
It's hard to be optimistic.
But let's call some optimism in now to help us to look forward,
Look to the future with hope.
So calling in optimism in the face of adversity,
Breathing into Ajna,
Taking it down nice and deep and then relax.
Breathing in this beautiful energy of optimism.
So when we have hope,
We have courage.
When we have courage,
We can call on hope.
So let's call some courage into our heart.
So I call on my courage.
I call on my courage to assist me now when hope is hard to find.
I call courage into my heart and breathe that in now into our heart.
Beautiful courage deep in our heart.
So when we are hopeful,
We also know that we're not alone.
Knowing that other people also face adversity or find life difficult at times gives us a sense of not being alone,
That we're all human and we all experience the same sorts of things.
We're in this journey together.
So let's say I set myself free from being or from feeling separate.
I set myself free from feeling isolated.
Inhale and breathing out from base chakra at the base of your spine.
Let go of all that sense of separateness,
Of isolation.
I call in my community.
I call in others,
Whether they be family or friends or new friends or new acquaintances.
I call others into my life.
I am not alone.
I have a community.
I have others in my life who support me and breathe this into the base of your spine,
Base chakra.
Very good and coming up to ajna chakra now and let's implant that into our vision of sharing our life with others that whether these be new friends,
Family,
Loved ones,
Work colleagues,
Sporting colleagues,
Whoever,
Calling others into our life.
Coming into ajna chakra and seeing this,
Seeing others together with us,
Knowing that we are not alone and we are not alone also because we have our connection with Mother Earth.
So inhale and breathe down out of the base of your spine into the earth,
Deep into the earth,
Breathing up from the earth and breathing down to the earth again,
Breathing up from the earth and breathing down to the earth again,
Breathing up from the earth,
Feeling this connection with Mother Earth,
Coming up to your heart and just imagining out there in nature and the beautiful trees in nature.
You may like to envisage one or many a forest of trees,
One is enough,
Many is lovely and from our heart let's just breathe out to the trees,
Out to nature,
Trees symbolising all of nature,
Breathing in from the trees,
Exhale out to the trees,
Sending our breath out to the trees and breathing in again from the trees,
This time as we breathe out to the trees,
Send love from our heart out to the trees as well and breathing back in,
Receiving from the trees,
Sending our love out to the trees,
Breathing back in from the trees,
Resting in your heart,
So staying in your heart and feeling the strength to try and try again,
The confidence to try and try again,
Inhaling into our hearts,
Let our hearts expand,
Let them feel large,
Imagining our heart is like a balloon and can expand and feel lighter and resting in your heart for a moment as we receive some lovely white light and then some beautiful rose quartz pink light into our hearts,
Some loving light and coming back up to our Ajna chakra between our eyebrows and breathing into Ajna chakra,
This white white light flowing into Ajna,
Giving strength and activation to help us to have hope,
To see forward,
Inhale again into Ajna chakra that we can hold a vision of ourselves in the future and just let an image of what you would like in your future to be there now in your mind's eye,
See all the positive things that you want in your life,
Good health,
Friends,
Love,
Beauty,
Friendship,
Whatever it is that you would like to call into your life,
Just envision this now and the people that we love,
Call them into our mind's eye,
The people that we love that help us to have hope for our future and relax and just coming down to the base of your spine and just breathing into base chakra,
Lots of strength in our foundation of our life and breathing it into our base chakra,
Strength in friendships and relationships,
Strength in our work and our jobs and our work relationships,
Strength in our finances and financial security,
Stability in our lives and breathing in a sense of safety,
And you're safe here and now,
Breathing that into base chakra and relax,
Coming into your heart space and just be aware of your whole being and relaxing there and meditating for a little longer in silence now,
With hope in our hearts,
In our minds,
In our lives.

Coupled with the music, this meditation felt phenomenal. I felt the light and felt my wings extending from my back. I'm ready and hopeful to receive some good in my life. It's sometimes difficult to let go of things that once were, but important to know they may not be the same as when we made our mistakes and either caused hurt or felt it. 🫂🥲
